It was very accessible, right on the main highway 93.
Although you didn’t hear traffic noise. Restaurant food was good, staff were really lovely and always on hand to help. Very relaxed atmosphere.
You could sometimes hear noise from your attached bungalow, we had problems on several occasions with screaming children at night, in the end I did go to reception and they gave me the option to move straight away to another bungalow which we did. I should have done this the first night. Excellent customer service.
Prices of food and drink were expensive although I think that is the norm for the rockies in general.

The location walking distance from the falls.- superb The desk and bar and dining staff were excellent and full of helpful ideas of what to see.
The staff were very helpful and gave us a choice of rooms and a kettle and plates for our room, but we were not allowed to cook.
The breakfast was not nice. Overcooked eggs and reheated potatoes. We accepted the continental breakfast because we had to eat
The five items on dinner menu were the same for our five day stay. I asked for cheese and crackers for dessert because I am diabetic but was told by manager that they didn't have any. Disappointing .

Nice private cabin, you feel in nature the whole time , as the hotel is located almost inside the forest. Staff was nice. We ate at the resturant- good service and tasty food! Good experience threw all our stay.
The sunwsappta falls are close by foot, which was nice to visit after breakfest.
No wifi , but I guess it is fair as the location cant allow it.
The breakfest was poor .

Cabins seem to have been redone recently except for the bathroom.
Restaurant was really great and accommodating.
Location is super cool (5 minutes from falls)

Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent. Location was spectacular!
Found an old coffee in the machine in my room. Bathroom is small and outdated. A/C would've been nice, but understandable why there isn't.

Location was very near the falls and staff were super friendly.
The fridge was dirty and we had to wipe it down. The taps in the shower was black with mold underneath them - for the price guests paid these should have been replaced ages ago.

Our dining experience was exceptional.
No air conditioning! It got extremely hot in the late afternoon.

Nicely renovated rooms in a beautiful setting. Prices are a bit high, but there isn't any other choice at this location. Staff were friendly, and adapted well to COVID restrictions.
