Location was great. Room was bigger than expected and well equipped.
Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were up there. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

location
dated, needs remodel

Breakfast and location was outstanding.
Might be unrealistic but since you asked..Reduce gondola prices to below 150$ for family. And reduce hotel rates.
5.0
location, room, staff, peace and quiet
kitchen - utensils and plates. So heavy, so high up!
4.5
I was in a corner room (1072) the Powder Lodge building, which is closer to the lifts than the main Keg building. Only 3 other hotels in Whistler Village have a closer location to the lifts that this. Murphy bed was really comfortable. Studio suite is very large for the price. They gave me my room when I arrived at around 12:30pm, because it was already cleaned.
There were some plumbing issues, some that were fixed and some that couldn't be fixed during my stay. These didn't stop anything essential from functioning though.
Entrance to room is very dark, and this is where your hangers and safe are. Would be great to have an overhead light here. Lights in bathroom and kitchen weren't bright enough.
Indoor hot tub didn't have working jets, and signs said this would last the whole season. Hot tub water was hot and circulating though,
Dining Room table was part of the Murphy Bed in my suite. This means you can't keep all of your gear and chargers and laptop on it, because you have to clear it off before you go to sleep each night.

friendly staff, basic amenities catered to ski/snow
gym poorly equipped, room service didn’t make beds daily, some days missed, average coffee machine staff couldn’t tell how to use

Location is very convenient and the room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping didn’t do our room a couple of days and one of the comforters was dirty

Location is great. Service is good. The safe was broken when we checked in, but then they replaced it on the first day with a brand new one.
The amenity is a bit outdated. There are some smell in the hallway.

this time my room was spacious but somewhat awkward, and noisy, from the Keg, I believe.
