Great location. We had an apartment which had 2 separate entrances which worked well with the children. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. They also lent us some board games to play, which was kind too.
The sofa bed mattress/springs needs replacing as bed sagged into the middle. My back did not like that.

We enjoyed the pool every day. The location is perfect when you do t have transportation. The room worked very well for us with the stove, fridge, washer and dryer. The staff were very pleasant. We had a great stay.
It can be quite noisy late at night.

The hotel room exceeded the pictures. Plenty of room and privacy for our large family. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Good location in the village. Staff were very friendly and super accommodating.
There was some mixup with our booking, unfortunately, we didn’t get our 2 suites by each other. The hotel manager helped us out tremendously and found a good solution.

Room with extra sleeping room and fully equipped kitchen (great if you want to cook yourself). Hot tub, gym and swimming pool included. In the center of Whistler.
Overpriced parking fee (40 CAD, seriously??), restaurants close by but nothing included, so the price/ what you get ratio not 100% fitting, unless you want to cook yourself.

Good services and perfect for large family with a dog.
Maybe it will be nice with a coffee machine in the room.

Great room, kitchen was perfect for breakfast and easy meals,BED and PILLOWS so comfortable!! Great location in the village, walking distance to everything and Super friendly Shuttle and Valet guys - nothing is a problem for them, so helpful!! You also have the advantage of a ski valet at the bottom of the mountain, a great bonus!
Hot tub can discolour the swimwear, so beware to bring old swimmers that you won't mind if they get stained. You do need to go through the lobby to get to the pool area, a little odd but not a major issue.

Room was hot for two days and staff wouldn't change it
At one point diesel exhaust was being sent into the room through the heating system

The location is fantastic within the village. You can walk to everything. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Parking was underground and convenient.
I had booked three rooms for our family: two suites with two bedrooms each as well as a studio suite. The rooms need a refresh. The suites were adequate for our children/grandchildren however furniture was somewhat dated considering the price. One dishwasher was not working in a suite and one sliding balcony door was off its track. The size of the suites worked well for two adults and two children each.
The studio was bare bones and not worth the price we had to pay for it. I recognize it was high season for this winter resort but it was not good value for the money. We had to request toiletries as well as toilet paper for our room. I liked the fact that the kitchenette had a compost bin however, ours had a banana peel in it when we arrived. The studio was very basic and very small overall.

Honestly the stay was super uncomfortable. The door isn't sealed so tons of bright light shinning into the room, right where our pillows were. The room was cold even with the heater on (which would turn on and off about every hour and was SOO loud that it woke us up everytime). The fridge inside the room was also going off randomly (like a loud hiss for a long duration of time). The beds were horrible. We honestly were so, so excited to stay at the Delta but so disappointed that we had such a poor experience.

The room was as expected and the staff were all very friendly.
I booked two rooms here and instead of charging me $50 twice I was charged over $2,000 to my card for incidentals. As I explained I felt I was given the run around and the old sorry just wait and it will fall off card and that doesn’t help the fact that I was unable to do certain things that I had planned because of the ridiculous amount that was charged to my card not once, but on two separate occasions! It’s absolutely infuriating!

The washroom didn't have extra face cloth and no glasses. The dishwasher had dishes and glasses in there. The fan was super loud and it couldn't be turned off. The pool unfortunately was under maintenance which we were looking forward to using. The house keeper didn't come while we were there because we would have asked for more toiletries and missing items for a family of 5. Aside from that the beds were comfortable.
Thank you!
