Very relaxed atmosphere combined with the all encompassing services and pleasant, helpful staff, was great.
Could not connect my device to tv for streaming. Tried for an hour and gave up. Called maintenance the next day and after 3 visits they were able to get it working but would not tell me what the problem was when I asked the tech.

It is great location, the service is very good. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We celebrated our special anniversary and hotel staff made everything possible to make our day special! The grill restaurant is outstanding, we got great dining experience! I will definitely come back!
We received the wrong bill from other room, the reception lady was not very attentive. We even had to return to the hotel to clarify the situation.
Quite troublesome to watch movies, either you pay for it 20 bucks per movie or spend half an hour connecting own devices to the TV to stream.

Our room was very comfortable. The service throughout the hotel was very responsive and extremely friendly. The gold lounge was a delight and the food was exceptional.
The hot tub jets were not working in one of the hot tubs and there was a lot of floating debris. Perhaps could use a clean a but more often.

The club level rooms (suites) have access to the club lounge and concierge. The club has an incredible breakfast buffet, and a few other meals and buffets throughout the day. The food was excellent and well worth it.

Great location in Blackcomb Village, beautifully decorated for the holidays- it felt like a winter wonderland! The staff couldn’t have been better, esp the sweet girl doing the bar service at the pool all by herself on Thursday night. The Gold Lounge was lovely.
My one and only complaint is about the car service and how the process is organized. Upon checkout, we asked about getting a ride to the coach pickup/ drop off area, which was a short drive or walk, but there was quite a bit of snow on the ground and we had large bags. We were told it was first-come, first-served, and to come back in ten min. Ten min later I returned and there was a different person at the valet desk who told us there were no cars available and we would be better off getting the shuttle, since we had a bus to catch. We hopped on the shuttle, and when we got to the first stop we were told we should get off there and walk the rest of the way, or we might not make our bus back to the city. So we did, and ended up dragging our bags up and down some stairs. In the end we made the bus, but it was an annoying and stressful end to a great stay, and a better system for the cars might be worth considering.

The receptionist Lian managed to check us in really early which made our day more relaxing.
Our lunch at the Mallard lounge was ok, the beef was cooked medium so a bit tough to eat.

The equipment is old, the room is too dark, and there are no lights for reading. Even room service can't be provided。When I checked in, the mini bar was short of two spaces. I told the front desk that I couldn’t be charged because I didn’t use any drinks from the mini bar. When I received the bill, I was charged more than $40 for the mini bar.

The property is extremely well located and has impressive decor and facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and made our engagement all the more special, including a card under the door from those at the front desk (including Isabella who checked us in and was super lovely!) and a complimentary room upgrade.

I was upgraded to Gold on the 8th floor. Amazing—especially for breakfast! It was right there down the hall.
Poor service in the larger restaurant—but excellent service in Wildflower!
I had some poor interactions with a few people at the pool (pool hogging, over controlling) I did tell staff:)

Hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. It was a birthday trip for me and they even sent up the most delicious piece of chocolate birthday cake to my room. The pool was warm and fabulous.

parking was expensive at $39 plus tax per night.
We had an issue on our second day which was promptly remedied by the manager after we checked out.
