Overall, we would have a great experience, if the hotel will treat the guests with free water.

This hotel is located very close to the airport and offer the airport shuttle service 24 hours a day.

In the room we did not have even one small bottle of water. We have to bay the water at the reception. We paid more than $300/night and hotel did not even offer free bottle of water...!

Goed hotel maar voor het gebodene is de prijs te hoog.

De ligging en de shuttlebus service.

Eerste toegewezen kamer had een erg luidruchtige airconditioning. Na klacht bij de receptie kregen we een andere kamer. Een suite, daar was de airconditioning ook luid, maar die zat vnl. in de ‘zitkamer ‘. Dus dat was ok.

Loved it there aside from the lack of cleaning.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing.

The rooms weren’t cleaned the way we’re used to in North America. We got fresh towels but that’s it. The sheets weren’t changed, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned or the room vacuumed.

Great stay at the Hilton near Pearson Airport

I arrived at 11am, and while the check in time is 3pm, I was lucky enough to have my room already ready. The fitness center was amazing, and the pool was wonderful. The food I had at the bar was great, and the staff were friendly. My room was very clean, and larger than I expected. The shower pressure was also really nice.

I tried to relax in the sauna but there were guests screaming and yelling at eachother so it made it hard to relax. The toilet in my room was a little off kilter, but otherwise seemed fine. I wish there had been a robe and slippers in the room so I didn't have to walk to the pool in my sneakers.

A brief visit to Toronto

Very close to the airport, it has a shuttle that runs frequently both to and from it. We used it to get to the city from the airport because everything is connected by buses and trains. The hotel is 6 minutes away from a Tim Hortons. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool was a delightful surprise for us; my son particularly enjoyed it.

Convenient and relaxing.

I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated. The shuttle to the airport made this a convenient place to stay for a morning flight out.

We used the swimming pool and there were signs requesting people shower ahead of using the pool, but we could not find a shower in the pool area.

Enjoyable.

Close to airport, short ride with shuttle. Tasty meal at he bar. Personel on desks very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to airport.

Location good. We were just staying overnight for further flights. Appreciated the shuttle bus to and from hotel.

Breakfast very expensive. We waited until we got to airport. - A bit scary at check-in. We arrived late at night and the clerk had trouble finding our reservation.

Shuttle Bus zum Hotel und auch zum Flughafen. Als Zwischenstopp reicht das Hotel aus.

An sich ok aber ziemlich alt und total in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig, wir sind oft wach geworden von anderen Gästen auf dem Gang. Die Lobby, gleichzeitig auch Restaurant, war super laut. WLAN muss man extra zahlen und das bei dem Übernachtungspreis.

Will stay here if I’m stuck. It’s close to the airport but there’s other options I’ll be looking into from now on .

Great location

I think it’s pathetic that they don’t provide water to guest in the room. For what you pay a few bottles of water won’t hurt. This hotel is dated. Some new upgrades in the room would help.

Hilton WAR einmal ein Name. Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und es wird offenbar nicht mehr saniert. Schade! Die Preise im Hotel sind überteuert.

Very disappointing stay.

Food dry. Reheat burgers were dry and tasteless. Room service forget the desert. No fan in the bathroom stink the room. . Food order on TV failed with connect error. Calling 2271 for room service ring forever but no answer for 5 tries. No hard copy of food menu incase online fail.

Close to the airport. 24/7 shuttle ( driver was great!). Bed was very comfy and the whole facility very clean. Enjoyed a very yummy Cobb salad from the lobby Grab and Go.

Would not recommend staying here

The price was affordable and the room was overall good. The towels and the bed linen were good. The shuttle bus was really handy. The food was quite good, although pricey.

The reception staff was unfriendly, a deposit of $250 per night with a debit card was required (my credit card was declined). The floor in the right hand corner of the room was wet for some reason, my luggage that I placed there got wet. The coffee machine was dusty. The heating unit was too noisy. No bottled water was provided. The bathroom sliding door is a ridiculous thing, it’s the first time I see something of this kind in a hotel room. The bathroom itself is small, and it is impossible to regulate the water pressure in the shower.

Great staff, lots of amenities, and comfy beds

The staff upon arrival were amazingly friendly, and actually upgraded my room unexpectedly! This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight so that was such a nice touch! The room was WAY more than I expected so I had a great sleep for my early morning out the next day.

The "living room"/ seating area had a couch that was ripped up, but considering I didn't need to use it I was fine with that. Please replace that couch for your next guest :D.
