Great hotel

I liked the staff who helped me with all my questions and were polite and friendly, I was also satisfied with the comfort of the room.

Everything was great, but there was not enough kettle in the room. Also, maybe I would have added more options for breakfast.

The Best Hotel to stay.

Everything was great! The service staff is friendly and patient. Clean rooms, the ability to make coffee in the room, a cooler with clean water for drinking. The breakfasts are very tasty. The location is perfect. Transfer and shuttle are free - everything as promised. The curtains in the room are quite thick so that street lights do not interfere with sleep at night. I'm very pleased with the service. I give all points a 10! I was with my son for 2 nights. I will definitely come back here again if I stay in Toronto.

Hot tub in my room

Unwelcoming staff, working in hospitality, they should have some basic manners. Lack of communication between staff members. I informed them about my late check-out and still I was getting calls from reception. Breakfast scrambled eggs were not properly cooked.

Very comfortable, clean , good breakfast and nice staff

The breakfast was extensive with many choices in a nice setting. Staff was very pleasant even with a late night arrival and request for late check out.

We arrived at midnight and shuttle bus was finished, frustrating but understandable.

Served the purpose. Close to airport and transfers were good but limited facilities.

It was well located however there wasn't any facilities for food or anything close by when we arrived. The airport transfer was good.

No ability to get anything to eat or drink when we arrived. The vending machine was broken.

Correct pour passer une nuit rapide.

L’hotel est bien situé par rapport a l’endroit où on se dirigeait. Le petit déjeuner était bon dans les limites de la norme.

La chambre sentait hyper mauvais, comme si l’odeur remontait des canalisations. Ce qui embaumait toute la chambre. C’était très désagréable. De plus l’acceuil était pas agréable.

Was there for a wedding and they made it a comfortable relaxing stay.

Room was nice and clean. Loved the jet tub in the room and the bed was very comfortable!

Convenient for an overnight stay on the way to the airport.

Close to the Pearson International Airport and a free shuttle on the hour. Typical hotel breakfast included which was more than sufficient. Nice size room.

Our room was on the ground floor on the street side but since we were only going to be there for one night I accepted it. Problem was the curtains did not close so the glare of the streetlights kept me awake. Reminder to pack clothes pins next time I travel.

Other than location this hotel was ridiculously priced for the value.

I chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle to pick up my son early Sunday am. Even tho I arranged it Saturday they didnt show up and I had to go get him anyhow. We couldn't enjoy the breakfast because I had to leave to get him at the airport and time was all thrown off. Saturday night I wanted to enjoy a dinner outside on the patio. Low and behold it was not open. Then Sunday am as I was running out earlier than I was supposed to I only wanted a cup of coffee. The coffee machine wasnt working. Nothing about this stay was as expected or described.

Easy for a short stay

It was easy to check in and get to our room. The room was spacious and clean. There is a shuttle that runs every hour to the airport which is handy, so take advantage of that.

Nothing we really didn't like. There's limited food options and drink options at the hotel but there are vending machines and a coffee/tea maker.

We made history we were told, being the first to have a live raccoon under the bed.

Except for the raccoon in our room, it was fine. I expected a discount or freebee when we had to vacate but none was offered.

Shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice both hot and cold. Staff was friendly and competent. Bed was very comfortable though pillows were a bit overstuffed for our liking.

Room was nice and clean. Large and clean bathroom. There is a great restaurant in the same building. Hotel provides shuttle to the airport.

There was no fresh drinking water in the room.

A comfortable, close hotel at a reasonable price. just make sure you get on the right shuttle!

we took the shuttle from the airport. we were not aware there was more than one location, and ended up on the wrong shuttle. I was told afterwards that the address was written on the side of the bus. yes, it was , in very small lettering. not a great start. ☹️ But we did pay extra to stay longer which was a great help, as our flight did not leave until much later. so that was good!

Other than the airport transfer, our stay was positive.

The room and bed were particuarly comfortable.

The driver of the airport shuttle talked on her cell phone all the way from the airport to the hotel. Aside from the fact that it is illegal, her one-handed driving was sloppy and frightening.
