The location was very good. The inn provided us with a 3 day bus pass which we used each day.
The bathroom shower floor in Room 13 was a large hole with two rubber bath mats laid over it. If one stood on this very unstable surface, your foot would sink into the large wide hole. Water ran out everywhere from the shower stall when we tried to use it the first time without realizing how bad it was. Frank, the extremely kind caretaker, offered us to go up the stairwell to use another bathroom. He could not change our room as the inn was full. I’ve never seen anything like this in a hotel/inn. They should not be renting this room.

A distance a pieds raisonnable du vieux Québec
Très confortable et proche restaurant.
Petit coin cuisine à disposition

the location was fantastic.
We did not get the room we selected. Instead of 2nd floor we were put in the basement, and told the hotel was full. they moved us the second night.
They charged us for parking when street parking would have been free.
Staff were difficult to reach.
Bookings.com did not help.

Eravamo nell'attico/mansarda. Stanza molto grande con piccola cucina. Presenti tanti libri e giornaletti.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable.
The parking is an issue. The first night I was there, I was directed to park in an underground parking garage two blocks away. The next day after some guests had checked, out I was granted parking.

Lovely little hotel , free bus passes was a bonus , lovely stone wall room with use of communal kitchen facilities, room was better than expected , whole feel of hotel was very good , staff on front desk was friendly and the girl could not be more helpful , location 5 min bus straight down the same road finds you in old town , you could easily walk it in 15 min - also 2 min walk from hotel is a nice local neighbourhood with some bars , restaurants , chemists , and stores really nice feel to the area
Liked it - breakfast included would of been nice

The property was comfortable and in a handy location for sightseeing in the old city, and close to some excellent restaurants and cafes outside of the tourist area.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It’s a clean and comfortable and in a good location. It’s not luxurious, but the price reflects that.

No water for drink in the bedroom, people walk and wake up me, room is small and nothing inside, if i go in motel, it was more confortable for the same price

Location
Uncomfortable beds, the mattress were too old, the frames were noisy.

The owner was steeped in local history and took the time to share it with us.

the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was very friendly, bilingual, and accommodating, and the location was perfect
I didn’t like that parking was an extra cost and the parking was quite challenging

the only criticism would be the not so private shower! no door on the room for the shower

sparkling clean room, beautiful bathroom, nice common areas as well
friendly, pleasant staff
excellent location, walking distance to old city and sights
great food options, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets nearby
nothing comes to mind

No breakfast was offered.
The bathroom was too small and didn't have anywhere to put items like toothbrush or toothpaste etc.

Close to some restaurants, 15 minute walk to Old city. Some „public“ room free to use. Really really clean. Late check-in was easy!
Really small room: no space for luggage, shower was part of the bedroom, really small toilet room without a good door. Room was not good isolated.

I like the place very much .it's cosy clean and nice.as if you are at home .but the problem is that you hear everything from other rooms :)))so if your neighbors are noisy it's very disturbing.

It was in a relatively good location and the customer service was great. The manager was able to answer our queries and direct us, including calling taxis as needed.
The room was quite small, and ideally should have been described more as a studio. The pictures are clearly of larger rooms. However due to the time actually spent in the room it doesn't really matter - though something to consider.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Also we liked the calm and quiet atmosphere in the hotel. Our request for a quiet room was honored.

Room was very comfortable within walking distance to the old City.
Bathroom layout was awkward - small without easily accessible shelving.

Isabel on the front desk was exceptional. Nothing was a problem for her helping us securely store our luggage prior to check in.
We were upgraded to the loft room. My sister has privacy issues so when we lost my original booking with two bedrooms it was an issue for her. The bathroom was the only private area in the open concept loft.

Friendly staff, price was decent for walking distance to Old Quebec. Staff was able to help with information/map of where to visit. Separate entrance was great.
Basement room. No bath in the bathroom. Some light bleed from the street.
9.0
The many kitchens and dining areas, terraces ”summer and winter gardens” etc. keep this place very cozy and made us wanna hang out more there.
The best location to be in Quebec. Just a walking distance to everything: Vieux Québec, Plaines d’Abraham, Cartier neighborhood. A Metro supermarket around the corner.
The room was on the smaller side though and parking was not free ;(
