Disappointing

Friendly staff and quick laundry service.

I like staying in Hostels for the social aspect but everyone here seemed to be in their own bubble. Other guests were very loud and quite disrespectful in the shared living space. Not a good vibe.

It was great and everyone was warm.

It’s location. In the city. Near the transit just 5 min walk to metro and bus stop for bus to airport also nearby.

Just okay. A property like this has no business charging over $300/night, Grand Prix week or not.

Friendly staff Decent but simple breakfast (toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, apples/oranges) Convenient location

Absolutely not worth the $333/night we were charged for a private room with a double bed overlooking a noisy parking lot. It would be a decent hostel at hostel pricing, but overall it's run down. The duvet cover had tears in it, the bathroom is in very poor condition. Another example of photos looking much much better than the reality, which again, wouldn't be such an issue if the price was reasonable. Cleanliness was lacking, both in the room and common areas. They do make an effort to mop and sweep the lobby/breakfast area, but the tables are not wiped between guests. Housekeeping is not offered for private rooms (we stayed 6 nights and had to ask for basics like more toilet paper).

Posizione strategica, vicino ad uno dei parcheggi più economici della città Colazione

Lo Staff propone il parcheggio di fianco alla struttura ma non ne sa nulla… L’insonorizzazione praticamente nulla delle camere, non ho dormito tutta notte per dei ragazzi che si sono messi nel patio dell’hotel fino alle 5 del mattino

Nous étions situé dans une chambre juste en dessous d’une rue principale de Montréal. Jusqu’à tard nous avons eu le droit à des groupes d’amis qui parlaient fort et qu’on entendaient beaucoup

La ubicación cerca del metro y de la estación de autobuses. Las amenidades y el desayuno. La amabilidad del personal.

Las paredes de cristal del jacuzzi no permiten privacidad. La llave del agua caliente requiere mantenimiento.

The low price may seem attractive but cost you comfort and health

Location

The dorm rooms are restructured to have 4, 8,… beds and not made to be shared dorm hustle, so immagine originaly one bedroom small hotel room redesigned with multiple double decker beds in rooms without proper ventilation, they have put an A/C unit which just circulates the inside air without any purification , and you virtually breath other peoples breath and … They let homeless people to sleep in shared dorm rooms for a small fee and apart from strange behaviour and nauseating smell, these homeless people pee around the bathtub and faucet, smoke weeds and use drugs in toilet, and you should see how it looks like, and when I asked the staff, a guy named « Joe » and anither guy named « Adam » which is said to be the manager, about the A/C and bathroom situation, with a frown I was told that « it is a youth hustle » that I should not complain that much for the fee that I have paid. Because I wanted to stay longer they offered me to give me lower price comparing to booking, instead of rebooking so my stay was virtually way longer so I experrienced the said situation several times, like homeless people and.. and for the fun at the end if my review it is interesting to say thatI : They put a fake sign of « no room available » at weekends, to pretend they are popular , while during my stay I witnessed at least several empty beds in my shared dorm room, an almost empty hall at breakfast time , during my stay😃

Worth it

The location is really close to the subway. The staff were very nice and accomodating I booked for 1 room for me and my mom unfortunately the fan were not working on the other room so they gave us 1 single room each. Breakfast was nice too, I wasnt expecting it to be grand but it was enough to have energy to start your day. Pretty cheap yet it somehow exceeded my expectation.

There are a lot of homeless near the place however it was pretty safe as they always look the door.

Correct pour l’emplacement, mais sans plus.

L’employé de la réception lors du Check-on était très poli et accueillant. L’emplacement est à 3 minutes du métro et d’arrêts de bus ce qui est parfait pour se déplacer. Le lit était confortable.

Les fenêtres ne sont aucunement insonorisées. Alors, des bouchons sont nécessaires (offerts gratuitement à la réception). Il y a eu du bruits d’autres voyageurs jusqu’à environ 2h du matin. Il a fait froid toute la nuit. J’ai dormi avec un gros chandail et des bas. Le déjeuner était supposé être servi à partir de 7h30 et lorsque je suis partie à 8h10 il n’était pas encore prêt.

Okay place to relax before early morning flight

Comfy bed, very nice staff, bathroom in the dormitory, privacy curtains around beds, an outlet at each bed.

Hallways were dirty, toilet paper sitting on the toilet (no holder).

Me surpreendeu positivamente

A cama era muitíssimo confortável e as roupas de cama muito limpas, com cheiro muito bom, tudo muito limpo. A Localização também è muito boa. Os staffs agradáveis e um bom ambiente no hostel.

Faltou somente banheiro fora do quarto, cheguei meia-noite desesperada por um banho e como meu quarto estava cheio foi um pouco complicado ficar fazendo barulho essa hora.

Très propre et excellent rapport qualité/prix

Chambre privée très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La propreté était impeccalble. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le fait que le petit-déjeuner était inclus.

Pas très bien insonorisé alors si vous y êtes un soir où c'est la fête au bar de l'hôtel, vous risquez de mal dormir.

La habitación era grande, buen clima, buena ventilación, el personal muy amable y todo cerca, caminando al centro se llegaba en 30 minutos, y el metro lo tienes a 2 minutos caminando, pasa mucho transporte

Its a good place for one night

There is an ATM inside the hostel, a kitchen, a bar and you can find easily shops around.

I did not have hot water and the hairdryer was blowing cold air. It was not so clean also.

Disappointed

I liked the price and location

Well I booked this Jan 14 and was unable to show up sadly. I even wrote and said I may not be able to make it. I had paid in full. They contacted booking com and said I was a no show so now after losing my money I don't even get credit for my genius. I paid the same as anyone else! I paid full fee and taxes. At least I should get credit because I paid.

séjour qui ma plus donnez envie de quitter l'établissement

Bonjour, tout abord l'aventage c'est que c'est situer a proximiter des metro et du centre ville si vous aimez la marche les employer sont souriant mais pas tous domage.

ce que je n'aprrecie pas c'est leur clime ou je ne c'est pas c'est quoi comme machine mais la nuit tous les 2 heure sa fait un bruit de fous limite un avion ensuite sa resonance entre le bar et les chambre sont tres fort vous entendu les gens crier et par finir mise a part le metro qui est bien situer le quartier c'est a marcher les yeux deriere le dos.

Fine for a couple nights

It was fine, but not great. The only benefit of staying here is the location, close to the metro and St. Dennis street

Room was not cleaned and it was not very quiet. Altho the location was close to the metro it is still some distance to the sights.
