nice place to stay for a trip!

I like the location, easy to walk to all location, we like the breakfast they are very tasty and great service!

we need to change the elevator to our room, the gearage can't fit to my car!

Intéressant, mais peut faire mieux!

Proche de la colline parlementaire. Le déjeuner chaud est bon, surtout avec des options pour enfants. Le personnel est très courtois !

Les équipements sont désuets pour un hôtel 4* . La salle de bain a besoin d'un petit coup de neuf, la machine à café dans le placard n'est pas brillant. Il fallait à chaque fois changé d'ascenseur pour aller à notre chambre ( particulier, mais pas la fin du monde). Il y a une certaine heure le déjeuner est plus un take-out tellement il y a du monde mais on vous presse sans vous le dire. Il n'y avait pas d'option pour un végétalien, l'offre gagnerait à être plus varié. Le bistro n'a pas fermé à l'heure indiquée, petit dérangement dans notre planification.

Popular for families in upper downtown

The location is nice and quieter than the busy downtown. However, it’s located in upper downtown and really up hill. It could be quite the climb on foot for some. The breakfast was a la carte and better than most buffet breakfasts.

Two elevators to get to your room. We couldn’t find our room because it was badly signed. They literally need to put signs and directional arrows for room numbers. It felt like we were in a maze. Breakfast was chaotic and busy even though the restaurant staff was very nice and polite. The pool was green and a red flag to use. It’s in upper downtown so it was high up and walking up and down hills was not always fun in hot summer weather.

Bon séjour dans cet hotel bien situé.

La situation, la literie et la surface de la chambre. Propreté, vue sur la ville et proximité du centre. Le parking intégré et interne à l'hôtel. Amabilité du personnel.

Formule petit déjeuner. J'ai l'habitude de ne 'pas trainer'. À l'américaine le service est trop long, je préfère la formule buffet plus rapide. Piscine inutilisable suite nettoyage dès le lendemain de mon arrivée. Par manque de temps, je n'ai pas utilisé la salle de sport, laquelle me semblait un peu limitée au vu de la capacité de l'hôtel.

Un séjour dans un chantier...

La chambre est confortable et l'emplacement très central

L'hôtel devrait communiquer plus sur le fait qu'il est en travaux et tous les désagréments que cela engendre. Le service à la clientèle est très ordinaire. Très peu de gestes commerciaux et d'arrangements pour compenser les travaux.

Bien agréable, personnel serviable et attentionné durant les travaux

L'emplacement est excellent près de tout. Les chambres sont très propres, seul le tapis, bien que propre, est vieux et mériterait une cure de rajeunissement.

Les murs et la porte de chambre sont très peu insonorisés, voire pas insonorisés. On entend tout se qui se passe dans le corridor et lorsqu'une toilette est «flushée» dans la chambre au-dessus.

Perfect location, nice room, AND pet friendly!! Comfortable bed, heated swimming pool.

Discovered black and pink mildew Shower booth calking and ceiling above the shower booth. Poor Bathroom ventilation should be monitored.

Les vestiaires pour la piscine étaient fermés.et la douche étaient très petites, j’avais l’impression de me laver dans une roulotte, et il n’y avait qu’une seule débarbouillette

pas grand chose ! on a demandé de nous rembourser tellement nous ne sommes pas satisfait ! Nous souhaitons que vous lisiez vraiment nos commentaires et qu'on soit totalement remboursé 433 $ c'est trop cher pour la qualité de l'hotel a ce moment précis de l'année.

Les réparations a l'entrée , le trop grand nombre de chiens sur le même étage que les gens qui n'ont pas d'animaux ! ca ne se fait pas , lorsqu'on est allergique c'est innacceptable.

Pas certaine d'y retourner

Chambre propre et de bonne dimension.

Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le stationnement souterrain à cause du porte bagage sur le toit. Les portes sont mal faite, en pente abruptes vers l'intérieur et pas assez hautes. Une fois stationné en arrière on ne savait pas comment entrer dans le stationnement souterrain pour accéder à l'accueil. Nous avons dû contourner tout le bâtiment. Lorsque nous sommes redescendu par le stationnement souterrain pour rejoindre notre voiture il n'y avait aucune indications pour se retrouver dans ce dédale mal éclairé. Pour la chambre l'insonorisation n'est pas très forte. Nous avons entendu les chasses d'eau des toilettes des autres chambres toute la nuit.

Overall good but I wouldn’t choose it if knew of renovations

Location is great to city center Stuff is great

We were advised of entrance renovation only after we couldn’t cancel the reservation , changing rooms and sauna not operating , water in a pool was cold Rooms are dark , light bulbs should be changed to brighter ones Indoor parking some spots taken for Reno project

Smelly room

- location, walking distance to the old down and few groceries nearby - clean - quiet - they space out visitors, so no next room neighbors, which was nice - mattress - god medium soft/firm mattress

- SMELL! Room smells awful, like 100 dirty socks and it was a torture staying in such a room for entire week. There is no ventilation and windows can't be opened, so was opening the front door to get some air. This is a deal breaker for me. - breakfast - the bistro below charges breakfast 25 dollars and even expects tipping the waitress when you just use the open buffet and bring food to table yourself! There isn't even that much variety for such a high price. Tried it once and never again. - elevators - confusing annoying setup where you have to use 2 elevators to get to your room - noisy mini fridge - had to be unplugged at night to sleep - tv - you can't plug in your own usb drive, they disabled that option

Pricey ( bistro ) Tight space parking lot Not enough wheelchair access parking, wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms Doors are heavy to push or pull Not easy access for trolley when bring our stuff ij and out of the room. (Esp for people with back issues) We ended up doing 2 trips to carry our luggage

Bed was comfortable and the pool was nice.

Room was not very clean. The temperature of the room was too hot and could not be adjusted. There were marks on the walls, holes in the bathroom door that had been poorly patched. There was mildew on the ceiling. The parking garage was so low it was a bit scary.

Tear the building down and rebuild

Location

Breakfast (Worst Buffet ever for $25 per person), Was told it was the shortage of cooks amd adding supper to breakfast is the reason - really! Water Shutt Off and black water in the morning. Renos (drop off point is unsafe), there are no consideration for safety of the people at the drop off point on the road. Traffic is still circulating and the entrance is all broken up. Parking is inconvenient. Smell in the hallways of an old building trying to capture its past glory.
