Pas l.ideal

Chambre quand même spacieuse et récemment rénovées pour certaines . La nôtre l était mais pas celle de ma soeur .

Nous avions réservé pour 3.. pour 2 nuit et avions que 2 serviettes et 2 débarbouillette pour les 3 personnes . Nous avons demandé a avoir un kit supplémentaires qui ne nous jamais été acheminé j ai donc aller moi même en chercher. Les chambres ont peu de commodité dans la cuisine et dépendant de l étage pas les même commodités savon ..etcc.. nous n avions aucun linge de cuisine la.premiere journée ni linge de vaiselle .. il n y a finalement pas de bassin chaud dans la.piscine il est recouvert d un patio. De beaux balcon mais aucune chaise pour profiter de la vue

j'aimerais bien retourner à cet établissement si le problème de la propreté est reglé

emplacement , équipements , personnel accueillant , une vue manifique depuis la suite

on a séjourné deux semaine à cet établissement dans deux suites différentes , le séjour overall était très bien malgré quelques bémols : dans la première y'avait trop de bruit le matin à cause des travaux à coté de l'hôtel , mais chose commune dans les deux suites , c'est le sol qui est toujours sal , pendant les deux semaine , les agents de ménage se contentaient de passer grossièrement l'aspirateur ... on ne pouvaient pas marcher pied nus ,car ils devenaient carrément noirs :( ...chose qui ne m'est jamais arrivé dans un autre hôtel ...

Jeder Zeit wieder

Lage zur Innerstadt ist perfekt. Wir bekamen ein tolles Upgrade in die oberste Etage mit einem modernen Zimmer. Die Aussicht war fantastisch. Bett war sehr bequem. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Einziger Minuspunkt, das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Lift und dementsprechend hörte man jede Liftbewegung.

Great for longer stays - work or family

I stayed here for a working trip and selected Le Suites so I could have an "office area" in my hotel room - I was not disappointed. Perfect for a work trip. The Internet worked well, kitchen had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and the gym had enough equipment. Excellent location in downtown Ottawa, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

It was great there was a clothes washing machine in the room, but would have been even better if there was an option to buy small amounts of laundry powder....I ended up using the dishwashing powder provided as I only needed to do one load of washing and didn't want to buy a full pack from the supermarket for one load.

La grande réactivité du personnel de ménage, à nos demandes, a été très apprécié.

L’attitude des préposées au check-in et au check-out. Nous avons dû attendre devant la porte coulissante lors du check-in, alors qu’il y avait une préposée à l’accueil qui pouvait nous voir attendre. La literie était inconfortable, une odeur de cannabis inondait notre chambre au cours des deux dernières nuits sur les trois. Au check-out, le préposé était froid. Il n’y avait aucune chaleur de sa part à notre égard.

Nous n’avons pas passé un bon séjour.

Le seule point positif de votre hôtel est la localisation. Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de la nuit à cause du bruit et les draps étaient scandaleusement sales. Je ne recommanderais pas votre adresse. Pourtant nous avions expérimenté les suites hôtel dans d’autres place …

L’accueil a été médiocre. L’agent d’accueil a été très désagréable avec nous, froide et expéditive. On est loin de l’accueil chaleureux recherché dans un hôtel. L’annonce booking parle d’un parking qui n’est pas garantit à l’arrivée. La réponse de l’agente « vous auriez dû lire les informations de l’annonce » n’est pas satisfaisante. Quand je vois parking sans réservation préalable, je me dis pas que le parking sera remplit et non accessible. Peut être serait-il plus judicieux d’être plus précis dans les conditions d’accès. J’ai été très déçu. La chambre est très TRÈS bruyante, autant sur l’extérieur de la vie de rue que dans les couloirs. C’est une honte de vendre des nuits dans un lieu si bruyant. Nous n’avons pas dormi. Les portes claques, les conversations du couloir sont entendantes et la lumière passe à travers le seuil de porte. Si vous avez comme nous des voisins bruyant c’est vraiment désagréable. Les draps étaient sales ! Des dizaines de cheveux sur des draps blanc et des taches de bave et de saleté probablement due à une précédente utilisation, c’est inadmissible ! Le canapé lit est un scandale, il n’est pas pourvu d’un duvet et est très fins, tout pour une nuit non reposante. (Le personnel a tout de même consentie à nous apporter un drap supplémentaire) nous sommes en hiver, un duvet me semblerait approprié . De plus alors que le départ est fixé à 10h, le personnel d’entretien vous réveille à 9h et revient vous voir à 9h30 pour commencer le nettoyage. J’ai eu le sentiment de déranger … il faut lire les pancarte d’étage sur « ne pas déranger » !

Les suites weekend stay

I loved the suites, the view, the staff were very nice, and the beds were very comfortable.

No security as I herd there was an incident right at the front door when there is cameras everywhere, can be dangerous going outside at night. Not great parking at all. Also No smoking on the balcony.

Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location close to Byward Market and Rideau Centre. Walking distance to many other sites. Clean, well-appointed, well-equipped suites. Reception is very responsive.

Bring your own toilet paper, the hotel's is low quality. Also, washer and dryer are provided in each suite but you need to bring your own detergent.

Comfortable Homebase for city breaks

Huge rooms with all the amenities. I was able to cook dinner and do laundry (which I really appreciated since it was near the end of my vacation and nothing was clean). The property was close to the Rideau Centre which has a grocery store and walking distance to ByWard Market with many restaurants and bars.

The parking situation is confusing. Its underground parking but there are two sections and I was in the wrong one.

Location is the best part of this hotel: 10 min walk to Parlament, 3 min to Byward Market. Rooms are comfortable.

It was nice to have a 2 bedroom apartment when travelling with family.

The floor in the rooms were dirty. Our socks became so dirty after a few hours. Not good when you have small kids. The swimming pool was not good. The water was very cold. I asked the reception and they said it's around 85°F (which is around 29°C). But the water was definitely not warmer than 20°C (68°F). Too cold for the kids. Another negative thing was the breakfast, there is a café you can buy from, but quite expensive and not many options. We had to go and buy in person, because they didn't answer the phone when we tried to get it delivered to the room.

2-bedroom suite was really a good surprise. Spacious, very well accommodated (we had a second bathroom as well as a washer and dryer!), relatively quiet… we will come back for sure!

the place is not clean, the lights in the bedroom aren’t working so you’re in the dark, the smell is unpleasant, breakfast at the hotel is unavailable even though it says it would be. there are no chargers for iPhones anywhere, so in case you’ve forgotten you’re, you’re screwed

The rooms are outdated and had an “old” smell. There were many homeless people around this area. The missionary is across the street.
