Excellent location with ideal rooms and comfort.

Very clean rooms nicely complimented. I was beside the elevators and did hear some noise from that. The A/C was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. Online check in was really smooth. Highly recommend this hotel. Location was ideal for visiting parliament.

An ok stay

The location was ok; walking distance to Byward Market and the Rideau Centre but it was a 10-15 minute walk. Probably quite a few hotels nearer. Subway station just a block away though. Hotel seemed quite dated but the room was big and the beds comfy. The pool was not open when we visited. Perhaps a bit overpriced for what it was

Les lits étaient confortables et les chambres étaient propres.

Rapport qualité prix: Très dispendieux considérant les services offerts et le charme limité de l'établissement. Le personnel était ok, mais le stationnement était fermé en raison de rénovations et nous devions faire appel à un valet pour aller chercher et porter notre voiture à un stationnement plus loin. ce système n'était pas pratique et les valets faisaient le minimum (pas d'aide pour mettre nos bagages dans la voiture, absents quand nous avions besoin d'eux). Nous avons trouvé ceci très ordinaire considérant le prix de l'hôtel. Nous avons été mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel à notre arrivée le premier soir, c'est à déconseiller. Les choix au menu sont très limités et la nourriture est très moyenne (considérant ce que cela nous a coûté). Il est préférable de prendre ses repas ailleurs. Bref, ce n'est pas notre meilleure expérience d'hôtel.

Room was fine beds were very comfortable staff were very kind and helpful.

Car was parked 5 blocks away. Valet parking only. Understand there was construction going on. No compensation offered for the inconvenience.

Excellent staff.

Not a well maintained property. No prior intimation on Hotel services like the restaurant being unavailable. Room condition was not commensurate with the price of the stay and none of the inclusions promised were available.

The bed was super comfortable

Location

The valet parking one night they lost our car and waited an hour and the next day we we’re leaving and it took 45min to get our car. The person next to us waited over an hour??? If we were going to the airport we would have missed our flight

Great location but very noisy, no sleep.

The room was clean, tidy and the bed was super comfy. It was also in a great location to access all the main touristy spots.

When I booked, I requested a quiet room which they confirmed via text they could facilitate it. Unfortunately this was not the case. My room was opposite the lifts so you can hear everything. On the last night, there were people next door having a party and yelling in the hall way at 3:30am. I was shocked that no staff were aware. So yeah, if you want a good nights sleep, do not stay here.

The booking price looked very good. In the final, it cost doubled. 600$ for 2 nights for 2 double bed that are each against the wall.

Staff were extremely good to deal with

when arrived we could not park our own car. Also the parking to get checked in was far from easy. Once we got to our room and the door lock was broken and had to be fixed

The location was great but there were so noisy at the road and the room was not quite. The staff were so good and friendly, the room was so big and spacious, everything good except the location, so near the “ center “, but a lot of noisy.
