Espectacular

Excelente ubicación, la habitación y cama confortable, personal muy amable y aunque no tiene parqueadero hay uno al frente y los precios por la noche accesibles!!

Will stay here again

Staff was so nice. My daughter got food poisoning at a local restaurant. The room staff, Andrea, went out of her way to help us, bringing extra supplies and ginger ale. The front desk made a little care package for her.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Все понравилось. Отель расположен очень удобно - в шаговой доступности к основным достопримечательностям и музеям. При необходимости - транспорт рядом. Номер просторный, удобный, чистый. Персонал внимательный, все просьбы выполняли очень быстро. Приятно общаться!

Если номер на 3-4 человек, то принадлежностей должно быть на всех.

Amazing stay - but beware of the parking spots !

Super clean, nice staff, cute room, well located and close to everything. They have a nice pool table downstairs, a coffee bar, and a little bar downstairs, which we appreciated greatly.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no parking associated directly with the hotel. There was some parking on the street and free during the weekend (only) and one parking garage next to the hotel, but you have to pay for it.

Awesome stay downtown Ottawa

Great location, clean and new rooms, lovely staff. Highly recommended.

No parking, parked across the street for 22$ a day.

I loved it and would recommend to anyone.

Location was perfect for what we went to Ottawa for, The room was great but the view wasnt fantastic, but I also didnt pay for a view, we just needed the room. Both beds were comfortable and the room was nice clean and the staff were amazing.

We had a window but the view was just of another building and a small table. again didnt go for just a view of the city

Made me feel good

I like the simplicity of the design of the spaces in the hotel I like the durable surfaces that don't show wear and tear I like the dramatic colour choices I appreciated the humour shown in the signs in the bathroom

the bartender was so friendly and welcoming.

Great location. Nice staff. upgrade facility needed.

Stylish hotel located in the heart of DT Ottawa. Easy to walk to different attractions. The staff are very nice and attentive.

They need to improve the facility. 1)The WiFi is not very good. 2)The pillow are soft. I need to stack three pillows to sleep. 3) I saw stain on a pillowcase and towel. 4)The ceiling is very old.

Would I stay here again?, I can’t say definitely, but a distinct maybe.

central location, very clean. The front staff was very helpful as were all staff that we interacted with. We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go.

not sure if I would say I don’t like, maybe just odd. the ceiling in our room was unfinished ( if that’s the way it is meant to be, so be it), not a complaint just found it strange. I was upset that there was no regular coffee available in the cafe. I’m not a fan of the grossly overpriced Starbucks type offerings. No bagels at all, and the couple in front of me was looking for something for the vegetarian breakfast but something was missing from that. When you miss the simple offerings that people want, you colour that persons opinion. The hotel, I found has a good room rate but the high cost of drinks at the bar and the beer offerings somewhat lacking.
