Freundliches Personal, sauber und für amerikanische Verhältnisse echt gutes inkludiert Frühstück.

Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, dadurch Frischluftzufuhr nur über Klimaanlage. Einrichtung nicht sonderlich modern.

Do not rely the rating!

Distance is 20 minutes walk to falls view. Free parking, and good breakfast.

Rating showed 7.3 but to me it’s like 6.3 or less. The price is too high for this property. They should charge much lesser. No hot water, tea, coffee in the lobby. We should ask the receptionist to provide for us.

Location - great location very accessible for a touristy guest or a business traveler. Value for Money - Great price, clean and includes breakfast.

This is an older hotel so it has wear and tear. The staff are friendly. Keep things neat and clean.

Location is good.

The room and washroom was clean. Thank you. Breakfast: Basic and okay.

Could not sleep a wink because we could hear the neighbours clearly and till early hours in the morning. It was disturbing.

It was ok. I stayed there when the hotel was just opened with my two young kids

Breakfast was good. The room itself wasn’t nice. The toilet won’t flush properly and the tv kept shutting off. The noise level was high because of squeaky floors and kids running. I asked for a nice room but was given second floor and it was noisy. The beds are comfortable 😀. Parking was terrible And the heat took forever to get warm. Almost two hours to warm the room

Disappointed and won't stay there again.

The location was outside the "safe" area. I felt we should have been closer to the falls where there were more people. The toilet was into the floor more than it should be. We could smell pot being smoked near the hotel.

I liked the price. Compared to other places, this was a great value and a close walk to the falls. AC also worked great!

The bed size wasn't what we booked. We booked a Queen bed room, but the room was only a Full bed. The TV was nice to have, but I couldn't find any movie channels to turn on before bed. Seemed like alot of local news stations and QVC.

Very good

The room was quite spacious and the staff kindly held onto our luggage after check-out. The location is within walking distance to the main attractions.

The room is a bit outdated and it had an old smell upon entering. Upon arrival, the toilet was broken, but they promptly fixed it within 20 minutes, so that was not a big issue.

Great value for price and very clean.

at this price point, The Glengate was excellent. the room was very spacious, the property was very clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the falls and everything you want to see in town, and there is parking at the hotel. Highly recommend.

It was perfect for what we needed, a comfortable bed and breakfast

Couldn’t beat the price, place is older but very clean. The staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was good, cereal,yogurt,toast,fruit, three juices, waffle machine.

Very good

We especially my son liked the waffle. Accessible to the places we want to go especially for the bus stop and the falls. The staff at reception on our checked in and checking out we’re pleasant to talked to😊

We really appreciate that they did housekeeping when we’re out but shouldn’t touch our personal things which we’re in bed, or shouldn’t make up the bed when there are things on there. But overall we’re all good.
