Very nice hotel off the busy strip and excellent value

Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent steam shower once you figure it out, very nice breakfast delivered to the room.

Bed is very hard

If we ever come back to Niagara Falls , Canada.. Sterling Inn &Spa would be the place we come back

Shower steam room is off the charts. In other words Excellent..Breakfast was excellent also very well put together.

Toilet in the room to small need to be higher .. think about us tall folks pease . That’s just a suggestion

Great Hotel

Loved this hotel. Outside property is clean. Felt welcome from the time I walked through the doors. Hotel is clean, staff was absolutely incredible. Our room was very clean, and spacious. Room was temperature when we arrived. Fireplace was toasty. The room felt like it was sound proof. Heard no traffic, nor people. The bed was FABULOUS! Bathroom was clean. My husband spent forever in the steam shower. I couldn't figure out if he liked it that much or just the fact that he couldn't hear me while in the shower. Lol Didn't get to use the gym. But we did get a couples massage from the spa. Absolutely fabulous! Great job ladies.

Утром при доставке завтраков очень шумно. Единственный минус

Reception was fantastic! We loved our room upgrade— thank you. Breakfast was perfect. The spa staff were also amazing. We felt very relaxed after our stay.

Lovely Hotel

Room was so clean and beautiful. Very relaxing! The staff were great as well!

It is a bit pricey, and I was surprised that the TV only had basic cable. No option to sign in to a streaming service or rent movies.

Excellent service, clean room, would stay again.

The room was large and beautiful. The on site restaurant was delicious. The included contenential breakfast in bed was a nice addition to our stay.

There was no pool at the hotel. The dinner at the restaurant was so delicious however, it was a prix fix menu, you couldn't order a la carte.

OVERALL YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

The facility was super clean, staff was WONDERFUL! The rooms were spacious and cozy! Breakfast delivered to room every morning. We didn’t have the jacuzzi room but the Steam showers made our stay very spicy and steamy :)

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the bed was not comfortable at all. It was really hard, felt like I was sleeping on a rock. I was in an accident about two weeks before my stay so I was looking forward to resting my body but the bed was rock solid and only made things worse for me personally. My husband slept great though so if you don’t mind a firm bed you will be fine! Thank God for the steam showers because I took a hot shower every morning to help loosen things up. Besides the bed, I have no complaints whatsoever. It was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it!! Thank you Sterling Inn and Spa for a wonderful anniversary stay!! :)

Great value for money, awesome rooms

Room was very big, good location, walking distance to Clifton hill and the falls, plenty of toiletries are provided in the room.

The complimentary breakfast (which is cool that they do that) is not exceptional. We got a few calls in the room from reception to make us feel welcome and comfortable, which was sweet but also probably too much.

Overall a pleasant stay! Would recommend to family and friends

Breakfast was awesome… Enjoyed the luxurious shower…. Loved that there was hard wood flooring rather than carpet.Decor was nice and fresh

Would have liked a couple of extra chairs and a bigger coffee table as we had 4 people in the room. But seating was only equipped for 2.

The shower was exceptional. The breakfast was the best.

When we checked in the representative stated the parking was $18 per night. I said I would decline because parking was $5 across the street. I paid two nights upfront before arriving. The rep said because I already paid upfront he would give me free parking. I thanked him. When I checked out, I was being charged $18 per night. I explained that was wasnt right, he said it was miaunderstanding but my friend and I heard the same thing from the same guy each time. He made me pay one $18 fee but that wasnt right.

Great get away for a night away, to be a little spoiled in a comfortable room.

Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the extra pastries that we ordered. We needed new towels and the front desk was very quick in getting them for us and very respectful of our not being in the room. 2ND visit to the inn and we will be back.

Breakfast choices were ok. We are gluten so it was just ok. The location was perfect. Greg at the front desk was excellent. He was very professional but with warmth. He was very attentive and funny too. We asked for suggestions on what to do. He was spot on 100%

The Style of the Room and the set up was great, all we were missing was a little sofa! Also more body wash, soaps, shampoo etc, it was only enough for 1 person

The Coffee machine, it's so dated! I had the hardest time making coffee it's super slow and was spitting water everywhere! They definitely need to upgrade it. It's too old.

Relax in Luxury

Huge, well-maintained rooms with great amenities. Loved the breakfast in bed. It's a short walk to the Falls, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill. Perfect for a relaxing getaway to Niagara Falls. The interesting history of the building was a surprising bonus.

The ground coffee in the French Press was too coarse so it wasn't strong enough.

we will be back next year!

this is our 3rd time at Sterling Inn which should speak for itself. the staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Every year we have the couples massage which never disappoints and I have never had a better pedicure than here, which I also book every stay. The breakfast is wonderful (I always get the fresh warm pastry basket every morning). Location is great, rooms are always comfortable clean and spacious. It is definitely a hidden gem and we will not stay anywhere else when coming into Niagara Falls.

our turn down service forgot about us but I understand they were short staff.
