Bon établissement

Très bon rapport qualité-prix à 10 mn à pied des attractions. Personnel aimable et arrangeant. Calme avec parking surveillé. Lit très confortable.

Short and terrible

Hotel is in a ghetto with an 8 ft chain link fence around it, it is NOT within walking distance of downtown unless your carrying a gun for protection. Because of an 8 hr drive from Chicago to get there, we spent one night, and checked out in the morning, when I couldn't get hot water for a shower. The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price. Moved to the Crown Plaza, excellent.

Was nice but i definitely won’t be back

The room was a nice size for 5 of us.

The sheets didn’t stay on the bed. And some of the beds were uncomfortable. They didn’t tell us when breakfast was for time frame. When I set my teen to ask for cream she said the lady was rude telling her breakfast was over. These ppl didn’t feed us! If u want toast and cereal then I mean good for u but I was expecting a way better breakfast then that! We had to take our garbage everyday to get rid of it. I guess the only time they went in the room was to shut off the ac when we were gone.

Hôtel simple. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Hôtel simple et bon marché. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Piscine extérieure. Parking en bas de la chambre. Proximité de l'embarcadère (15 minutes à pied). Petit déjeuner (simple) compris.

Un peu éloigné de Table Rock Welcome Center (30 minutes à pied).

Not super bad

The location is good because it's a walking distance from the commercial area and Niagara falls The Staff is nice The bed is well kept Air conditioned room Fair price for family and location

The room is kinda old as well as the pull out couch and almost all of the stuff in the room. The floor is wooden so footstep from the other room can easily be heard in our room. There's a kid staying next to our room who keeps on running so we're unable to sleep well because of the loud foot-strike. The bathroom is awfully old There's a 150 CAD deposit fee (to revert in your account)

Did the trick for a night: good bones, minimal amenities

The room and bed were big and clean, though a bit worn. The staff were accommodating, and the location was close to the hubbub of downtown while still being peaceful and quiet.

The room ran out of hot water before the tub was full, and water sprayed all over the walls when we turn on the jets. Breakfast was underwhelming: white toast with condiments, green bananas and a box of timbits.

Spacious, clean, great for big size family

As we were in 4 people with kids, we liked the size of the room, cleanliness and the very good staff.

There was no breakfast in the service, so we felt disappointed since we like to have it with the whole package. We were aware of it before booking but the hotel should start offering that.

I highly recommend not styaing at this place.

The location is close to Niagra Falls if you have a car.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The property is refusing to return our deposit and is accusing us of checking out late (leaving in the afternoon) and stealing a blanket that they had given us for my infant child. The hotel is not returning our deposit. They told us that we have stolen a baby blanket, while we folded it and put it in one of the cabinets before leaving the room. Now they are accusing me of stealing a blanket (which is probably worth 10$ or 20$) and not returning my deposit. This is a serious accusation from their side. I have been using booking.com since 2016 and I have never been accused of stealing in previous bookings. I am deeply offended. I even checked again with my wife to ask if we had taken the blanket by mistake and she also checked and said we have not taken it by mistake. If they had told us at checkout that this item was missing I would accept from them. The hotel's accusation about late checkout is also false. I informed them that we have left their property 12 minutes before checkout time at 11 am (Google Maps screenshot). We did leave the place and returned the room cards to them plus the water boiler that they gave us 12 minutes before check-out time. We also left the baby crib and the extra blanket in the room, we folded the blanket and put it in one of the drawers to return to the room in a tidy manner. They also did not say anything to us about a missing blanket at the time of checkout. The hotel has accepted that their claim about late checkout is false and said they are willing to return only 50$ of the deposit and charge me the rest for the blanket. I am filing a complaint against the hotel.

Short stay and glad it was that way

The place was walking distance to the main attractions.

Cleaning had a lot to be desired, we found cheetos on the couch. The towels are very old and used. We had a problem with the door lock, it was stuck and we couldn’t leave the room. we tried to leave using the window to notify someone. However, I noticed that the windows do not open, so I’m not sure if that is normal. The only good thing was that the maintenance guy was very friendly.

staff was good at communicating and help us setup the tab with new Amazon fire stick. we lost our key so they were there at the middle of the night. Nice people
