The breakfasts were wonderful-we loved the food and the service.
Liked the communication before our stay.
Stayed in the coach house-liked the room
but a lot of road noise.

Edifici d’estil victorià per dins i per fora.

I liked the residential neighborhood environment. The room was comfortable -- only a slight inconvenience to go downstairs for coffee/hot water. The afternoon snack and the lounge areas were nice touches -- more homey that way. Breakfasts were delicious, and my gluten-free requirements were always accommodated with good options.
Slight stress about parking availability, though we were late in the season (? - end of October) and did not have trouble parking in the parking lot.

Great service, attention to details.
Fantastic breakfast, very comfortable bed, quiet.
Walking distance to park and downtown.
nothing to say here

Cutest hotel, everything inside is very pretty and clean.
Loved the room, even free cookies on the bed.
Bathroom was stunning.
Breakfast was also really good.

Abigail's came as advertised. The breakfast was marvelous both days. The bath/shower was superb. It was the classiest place we have ever stayed.
One of the young guys at the front desk kept acting like we understood something of the layout of Victoria aa his directions were sketchy. But he was "Canadian nice" about it:-)

Liked all of it.

Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. King size bed was wonderful with amazingly soft sheets. Claw foot tub/shower was a new experience. Single-hung windows were a memory from the past. Loved the crystal door knobs and key hole locks. Room was spacious with everything you need. Egg Benny breakfast was delicious.
Can’t think of anything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable considering tghe building was built in 1935 as an apartment hen convertwd into a hotel. The breakfast was exceptional. Plan to return once again.
Only thing was the lack of parking and had to park on the street as lot was full.

Breakfast room and food was excellent. Staff was super friendly and hellpful.
Bed was a bit soft and room was a bit too warm.

Lovely room, amazing breakfast and great location

Wonderful breakfast both days. Very filling and healthy choices.
We stayed in both an older room and the newer room. Both are lovely. However, if I have to find something to complain about, my feedback is that I very much preferred the lighting in the older room. A dimmer is needed in the new bathroom to enjoy a relaxing bath. We used the flashlight on our phone and turned the bright lights off.

communication about what to expect was great. we received royal treatment. free room upgrade, music playing in the room when we arrived, fresh baked cookies, coffee was great, breakfast was delicious like it was made by a personal chef. tucked away but so close to the waterfront too.
it was a little tricky to find the entrance for the main office as there are multiple buildings. better signage

The breakfast was excellent. The food tasted wonderful. Great presentation. It was perfect.
A little more sun. But that is Mother Nature!
