We wanted a night to do something different with the kids for summer break, weather was rainy so festivals were cancelled.. We went to the mall and they picked out bath bombs, had lunch and then went to the hotel to check in for 4. As soon as we got in our room we got ready for the pool, they had a blast, the slide was big and it was nice that it didn't drop into the deeper water and it wasn't fast for the small ones they didn't need a life jacket (they do provide lots of different life jackets and pool towels you don't have to bring your own) if you gave yourself a good push or go down on your back you will definitely pick up speed. Also the hot tub was nice and relaxing on the body. We had lots of fun. Went back to the room they had bath bomb fun, showers, and had a numerous amount of places to choose from for supper - the kids chose Boston Pizza. Went back relaxed and had a great rested sleep in a comfortable bed with nice duvet, the A/C could be adjusted to your desired temperature. I loved that they had 2 Queen beds at an affordable price with a great pool. We woke up, got ready for their complimentary breakfast which was amazing - they had so much food and drinks, done buffet style. We went back to our room and got ready for the pool where they had a blast again, they didn't want to leave. Went back up got showers and baths and rested while packing up then left for 12. We had a great stay here, staff was friendly, & great location with so much to do local, so much. Will likely be back soon for all of these reasons. Thanks!
Dartmouth crossing needs a liquor store lol closest one is Tacoma or the cold beer store late at night. Nothing relevant to the Hotel.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for dining and shopping. Very nice
The bathroom tub is not clean and the shower curtain smells dirty, called the front desk, they sent staff to change it, but the bathroom is still small dirty.

Pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain et L'humidité apres la douche. Je déteste.....

All in all, this is a great hotel. Dartmouth Crossing isn't our first choice of areas to stay but it's not the worst. The hotel is in a good location as far as walking to eating establishments, the theater, and such.
The no maid service because of Covid is a bit old. Covid isn't going away, so the hotel needs to get back to business as usual. We were at the hotel for 3 days/2 nights. We had a suite with a kitchen, and since there is just one tiny garbage can we were finding creative ways to pile trash up.
That's about it.

Location is the best! Othe guests were not out of control, the hotel was kept very much under control.
Not much to improve on.

Great location
Big room. We had a suite with two queen beds. Nice seating area.
Clean comfortable beds
No shelving for clothes in tub/shower room
Lighting in room was not great
Only had paper cups for water. Staff was great about bringing some

The property was clean. The swimming pool was open late and there was a gym (not that we used them). 24 hour reception
The location was a bit out of the way. Had to have a car or get Ubers everywhere.
They only used disposable cups, plates and crockery.

The night time staff at the front desk was very rude and not approachable. Felt like we were bothering him while he built a butter tower

We really love the breakfast. The room is clean and is complete with all that we need. Hand sanitizers everywhere are a plus. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They help us even with our laundry.
I did not like the pool. The water was cold. I am not sure though if the temp of the pools here can be regulated. The slide is a bit disappointing.
4.5
The staff were extremely helpful and and pleasant/friendly. The location is perfect, the coffee was really good (a small thing, but a really nice thing!). the beds were comfortable and the free hot breakfast was well organized.
Our rooms on the 4th floor #419 and 3421, were a little musty smelling....not sure if it was the air exchanger, hockey equipment from previous stays....but that was the only thing I noticed a bit off.
