couch was not very comfortable nor was the pull out bed in couch.

The property is well manicured, the suite was spacious, beds were comfortable and the breakfast is an added bonus.
Front desk staff, should probably go to Starbuck's training. Everyone who works at Starbucks always greet their customers cheerful and smiling, and at the Marriot front desk staff is not pleasant and give off an unwelcome attitude. Maybe they had wet themselves? Who knows, right?

The room was nice but felt like the floors especially the carpet are not well cleaned.
I didn’t know that they don’t have bath robes and slippers for guests especially that they have a pool area!! I paid $389 for a night of stay, so I was expecting a lot with the complimentary toiletries. We even asked for toothpaste and toothbrush because there was none in our room. The cutlery was also not complete, no teaspoons for coffee and we had a baby so I was expecting my baby could use a teaspoon when eating. The pool area was not that clean as well. And the breakfast, the sausage was hard, almost like a rock to bite. Not much of food choices as well, there were some asking for fruits and veggies but there was none. Fried rice would also be nice for breakfast, considering that their guests are from different cultures, definitely not satisfied at all. What a waste of money.

During 2 of our 4 night stay we found that the breakfast selection deteriorated when we walked in around 8:30 - 8:45am. Young lady at front did not seem organized or on top of replenishment— and also confirmed (on more than one occasion) there was no fruit (fruit salad or otherwise eg. bananas), no Greek yogourt, no brown bread, water jug empty and, additionally on one particular morning, no coffee or hot water !! (another worker was helpful and got me a coffee from Starbucks). Shouldn’t every guest, regardless of whether they arrive at 7am or 8:45am have the same selection?? Quite disappointing. Also, every morning (EVERY morning) the floor was sticky throughout the area — like something had been spilled and was not washed/cleaned properly. You could feel it and hear it coming from the feet of each guest.

King suite was very nice. More than I expected. Was fully equipped like a condo unit

The rooms are very large
Price is ridiculous. Room doors and stairwell doors have a pretty violent close. So kids running in and out of rooms, is a constant slamming of doors. Only had 1 operating elevator for a busy weekend at the hotel
