It was very cozy chalet and everything was very clean and well maintained.
There’s one room has rail but it was too low for my 2 years son. If the rail was bit high(about 30 or 50 cm more) it would be great for babies.

The cottage was well-equipped, featuring a tiny shower, and the staff was helpful. Additionally, there was a hot tub filled with fresh water.
Everything was good, the only thing on one side of the tiny house, there was a single bed, and we detected a foul odor emanating from the septic system.

There were mice in the walls and ceiling so we couldn't sleep well. We could hear the mice sqeaking and walking in the walls and it was very disturbing. Also, the house was too tiny to accommodate 3 people.

Coffee would have been available at 9 am. We left at 8, so we made a pot of coffee ourselves. I had my own milk, no milk was available in the chalet for the guests.
The main floor was nice and cozy.
Our room was very small. The stairs were very narrow. The other guests in 2 of the 4 bedrooms left their suitcases in the hall and in the dining room as their rooms were too small to keep in their rooms. We brought in only what we needed for the night. Kept our suitcase and coolers in the car.

The location of property was excellent. The rooms were clean.

We were really lucky to have the all auberge for ourselves because of low season so couldn't have a more relaxing stay after all day hike ! Also the owner arranged for a drive to pick up our car for a really good price. The spa time was also really enjoyable and the area is such a great site ! No hesitation to come back one day ! Highly recomand
Good question. We couldn't find the buton to turn on the light in the kitchen ! But that was just us trying to figure it out on our own without asking !

Shameful property with rude owners and management team! No wifi on site and got told to complain to government instead. Avoid at all cost.

Beautiful setting in the woods. Hot tub was a nice bonus. A little off the beaten path and very quiet. Nice A-framed cottage in the woods. Room had a lovely balcony. Lady who greeted is was very nice and accommodating. Made a fabulous recommendation to a very nearby restaurant called Casta Fjord which was unbelievably good and great setting on the water. Very hard to find if someone didn’t guide you to it.
Very small beds for two people, and treacherous steep stairs to three bedrooms on the second floor. Sharing two bathrooms on the first level but need to navigate those stairs each time to use them. Tough for an older man through the night and could be a liability risk.

They accepted our dog, 5 stars :D We enjoyed the hot tub upon arrival and then went for a sunset hike to see it over the fjords. Comfy bed and clean hot shower, great bbq in the gazebo. Everything we needed post camping!
One of two the rings of the stove wouldn’t turn on (ok since we boiled the pasta on the one attached to bbq instead) and the floor of cabin is a bit slanted, makes you feel a bit tipsy ;)

Very nice young women was extremely helpful when we could find her.
Unsafe ladder. I slipped off the poorly anchored ladder to the loft and badly bruised my ribs in the fall. One rib is likely cracked. We could find absolutely no staff to assist us at this point and no one to talk to about checking out so we finally just packed up and left. I would like to speak to the property owner about this incident.

The chalets are very cute, and the location was close enough to all the activities of Tadoussac without being in a high traffic area. The owners were very friendly and the patio with bbq was a fantastic place to enjoy eating together.
The chalet access to our patio required us to go through the bathrooom, so the design was not optimal, but the patio was worth it.

The staff was amazing and provided great recommendations for hiking and other things to do. The hot tub was great.

We travel during COVID-19 pandemia. The "superior chalet " is in fact the whole Auberge itself with 4 rooms , 1 full bathroom and a powder room with washer and dryer, a kitchen and a very nice sunny living room. The premise was rustic but clean and cosy (as in the pictures) The location was great, within a short driving distance to Tadoussac, Escoumin, Sepaq Park among others...The village at 5 min drive has a full grocery store with extended opening hours. Julie and Benoit were gracious and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much
