Nice room with breakfast

The staff were accommodating. The location was very near to the event that we went (Otakuthon). I really liked the bed. They were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices.

Awful. I give you a T for TROLL

Nothing. OK tje bed was comfortable, except I was too cold

Everything. My roof was freezing. I had to wear a hat and jacket to bed. There was no food or dtinks when I arrived after midnight. I awoke to heavy construction outside my window, hours before the construction started inside the hotel. There were no ewal cups for coffee and no real cream or half & half. It was awful. I would have been better off in a tent. And the room cost more than my flight from PORTLAND Oregon.

Comfortable place to stay

Its location; so close to Notre Dame and other places to see in Old Montreal; close to the Metro and even Via Rail Parking fee is reasonable

This hotel is good decision to travel as couple by car for a couple nights.

Hotel is in the center of old Montreal. It is a great place to walk closer, visit restaurants. It is a really great place. I traveled with my partner by car. The main reason to stay here is an underground parking under the hotel. After reading reviews about parking places around than a lot of stolen or damaged cars, this parking shows us like a better decision. In additional you have discount from the Hotel 10$ from the regular price. Parking 24hours, so you could buy public transport ticket and use subway to get to any places around while car in safe. Room was pretty clear, with Jacuzzi and kitchen staff. Also two free evening drinks for us were like surprise.

I think this Hotel is a best decision for couple or single travellers. Travel with kids is not a great idea. At least breakfast. Place for breakfast to small, less tables and plenty people. After breakfast we felt not very well, seems food were not very fresh (ate different meals). Restaurant in the Hotel has questions also. Need to read ingredients before ordering, we ordered Cesar salad and thought that it will be with chicken and cheese by default, but not you need to ask and order chicken and cheese as additional ingredients (the waitress didn't warn us)

Great!

Great food and lots of options for breakfast until their oven broke down , but the staff really tried to make it better!

Their coffee was horrible! Might have been my tastebuds though….. and the jets in the tub did not work at all…would have loved it otherwise . It’s a great location , within walking distance of many things in downtown old Montreal …..I also did not like the fact that they told us we shouldn’t have booked on booking.com and that they might not have our reservation…because of that….gave me a bit of a scare !

Good stay, good value.

Location was great, complementary happy hour was such a great touch and we really enjoyed that. We also appreciated that there was a kitchenette option for the room - though I admit I wish there were a few basic items in it to use for cooking.

There was no way to get up and downstairs within the building using stairs, and the elevators were extremely slow and over-crowded in part because of the absence of stairs. This was our only primary complaint. We also did not find the bedding comfortable

Great location, wonderful staff and a lovely place to stay! We will be booking there again!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our front desk person, I wish I could remember her name was wonderful. She checked us in and checked us out when we left. She even remembered us!

Can’t complain about anything.

Wonderful hotel and staff, with a great location in Old Montreal!

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, amazing location, spacious and clean one bedroom suite, with nice appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher), enjoyed the free buffet breakfast.

Elevators could be slow during morning rush.

Décevant. Surtout que cela était ma 1e fois dans un Hilton.

L'emplacement était intéressant, en plein coeur du Vieux Montréal, proche du Métro et de Chinatown. L'endroit était propre. Le stationnement était en dessous de l'hôtel, ce qui était commode. Le service au petit déjeuner inclus était excellent.

Les chambres étaient vieilles. J'ai demandé de changer de chambre. La nouvelle chambre était passable, mais vieille aussi. Mon séjour était décevant. J'ai l'habitude de descendre dans des hôtels au centre-ville de Montréal pour bien moins cher et ils étaient en meilleur état. Je ne retournerai pas.

Bon petit déjeuner, emplacement central, personnel souriant et courtois

Les parties communes (ascenceurs, paliers d'étage) n'étaient pas propres. Le premier soir, il manquait des serviettes et draps pour le canapé-lit, le second, il n'y avait toujours pas assez de serviettes et il manquait le papier hygiénique. Pas assez de personnels à l'accueil, donc de l'attente.

Great stay, would stay again

The hotel itself was really nice. I mostly enjoyed the buffer breakfast included. Lots of options and tasted fresh and amazing. Front staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. No Hassel with check in/out. Room was spacious and very clean and tidy.

The only issue we really experienced was the jacuzzi did not work. The water took (literally) almost 45mins just to fill due to the water pressure in the jacuzzi. Then when the water finally reached the sensors, we kept pressing the buttons to turn on the jet system but it did not work. So that was a bummer. We didn't bother notifying the hotel staff as it was too late at night. Also the location of the hotel, I wasn't a huge fan of. I was hoping to be more closer (walking distance) of more attractions. Weather wasn't great to be walking far so we had drive to where we wanted to go.

Terrible noise caused by elevators’ machinery during the whole stay time and heard inside rooms! One single couch chair in the living area for sitting or watching TV Kitchen with no single plate or cutlery

Super hôtel!

Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, même plus. Du bon café à la chambre, un lit confortable, une grande chambre. Nous avions droit à deux consommation gratuite entre 17h00 et 19h00 au bar et le barmaid était super sympatique. Le buffet chaud du matin était très bien et assez de place pour s'asseoir. Je recommande cet endroit à qui compte aimerait passer une belle nuitée quelque part.

Nice, quiet, comfortable, great location for walking everywhere

Omlete station at breakfast and espressos were a very nice plus to the regular price included hotel breakfasts. So was the happy hour with 2 free drinks of choice. Well worth the price we paid per night

Satisfactory for a business trip

Staff were very helpful. Location is great. The room is spacious.

The room was very dark. Interior seems a bit dated. Breakfast can be improved, it is generally greasy and does not change at all for the 10 days I stayed there.

Superb location for everything

The hotel was immaculate - the location was superb. They serve a reception between 5pm-7pm which includes 2 free drinks and snacks.

Poor

First room was dirty -stain on the mattress cover and a spider on the sofa bed. So they moved us to another room -just a sorry. No offer of anything for the inconvenience.

I felt the hotel did not live up to the cost due to the issues with breakfast

The rooms were very nice and roomy. The location is very close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The shower in the room is very tight. The breakfast was poorly stocked and ran out of everything quickly. They were very short staffed in this area. There are only 2 elevators so often waited long periods

It was an excellent hotel!

Excellent location. The room was lovely. The jacuzzi was a hit with the kids.

The pullout couch was not comfortable. Like, really not comfortable. Maybe a toddler would be ok in the bed, but not teenagers, and certainly not adults.

Great location for walkers, close to old city and short walk to financial district. Parking good.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and wonderful happy hour. A little crowded at breakfast on weekends, but to be expected. Very good value for price paid.

Little details. Running toilet. Air conditioning fan wearing and louder than when new. Could improve traffic flow at breakfast, but overall was good.
