No había desayuno, no hacían aseo y cuando lo hacían lo dejaban mal, no dejaban todos los elementos completos, no dejaban todas las toallas, ni jabón ni vasos para agua o tinto, todo lo cobran adicional, sale mucho más caro que otros hoteles, no lo recomiendo.

Comfortable beds, nice rooms, free shuttle. Do You home work. Staff is a bit ignorant on things

Bed was really comfortable, AC worked good, Nice size room. Restaurant on site, reasonable, decent food (not fancy). Airport shuttle.

Front desk staff women were not knowledgeable. I ended up paying $30. extra dollars for an uber I didnt need because the ditsy front desk lady didnt know the correct Shuttle schedule. Just as my uber pulled up, here comes the free shuttle. Front desk is not trained properly. Didnt even mention the onsite restaurant. Tried to send me to IHOP 2 blocks away or Uber eats pizza. Thank god I saw the onsite restaurant cause it was good and saved me a hassle.

Close to the airport

I was told the deposit amount of $103 was going to be reimbursed within 7 days. This amount was not reimburse to my card. It was more money than the whole stay ! Please make sure they honor their word

Disgusting!

Classic old hotel close to the airport.

The bathtub had a plastic overlay installed during a past remodel. When I used the shower it was like standing on a waterbed. Foul smelling water was trapped between the original tub and liner. It was dangerous to stand on and showering released a disgusting smell sewage. That room should not have been rented.

I showed up to the property to check in. The young lady told me I’ve never made a reservation. I show her my confirmation number and I will see they just took my money and never stay at the property.

Ive stayed in much better Clarion hotels, I had high expectations, but they were not reached

Location, staff, shuttle, coffee.

Rooms looked dirty (dusty), sheets had spots, I found a small cockroach in the bathroom and the tub repairs were very visual and unpleasent

Leider war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers äußerst mangelhaft. Es gab Schimmel an den Decken, das Bettlaken war verschmutzt, die Toilette und das Badezimmer waren unzureichend gereinigt. Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm und erweckte den Eindruck von Vernachlässigung. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern war dies besonders enttäuschend, und es hat die Qualität unseres Aufenthalts erheblich beeinträchtigt. Als zahlender Gast erwarte ich einen Standard von Sauberkeit und Komfort, den ich in Ihrem Hotel bedauerlicherweise nicht vorgefunden habe. Ich habe das Zimmer vorzeitig auch verlassen. Ich hatte das Zimmer zwei Tage lang gebucht. Ich habe das am nächsten Morgen direkt ohne Frühstück und alles andere einfach eingepackt und habe direkt ausgecheckt. Ich hatte am Abend noch angerufen gehabt in der Rezeption und habe den Mann gesagt, dass mein Bettlaken wieder getauscht werden soll und der hat mir das nicht gemacht. Der hat gesagt, dass das Room Service nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Es ist morgen früh erst möglich und deswegen bin ich auch auf jeden Fall aus dem Hotel ausgecheckt. In meinem Bettlaken war Urinflecke.

Would not return if it was free.

The WiFi was the only good thing about this place.

The hotel was dirty, had roaches, the tub was stained didn’t want to even use the shower. The absolute worse thing was the lobby. The furniture was disgusting and dirty. I refused to sit down. They never said the shuttle to the port was a charge per person. Got to the port and they was asking for money.

El ascensor no funcionaba adecuadamente con la tarjeta de la habitacion habilitada. Una noche quedé atascado en el ascensor por varios minutos. Ese sistema debe ser actualizado o eliminado. No veo q ofrezca seguridad alguna. Cualquiera puede subir por el ascensor usando cualquier tarjeta de un huesped.
