Worst Miserable hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I will never stay there again.

Mold was everywhere inside my room , my pillows, sheets all molded, I even took pictures and videos, and when I confronted the manager about it on the third day , all he did is just moved my wife and I to another room . Breakfast was included with the reservation, so we went downstairs to grab breakfast and there was nothing to eat at all except pancakes, the front desk person told us that they were out of almost everything, eggs, cheese ext…. And that they expecting the shipment soon … The purpose of our visit was for my wife’s surgery, and now both my wife and I are very sick .

It was all fine. Breakfast shuttle room staff. Not sure how the back side of the hotel is but had a front room and lots of planes fly over head. We have a noise machine so he wasn't as noticeable while trying to sleep

Great location and comfortable stay.

Great location, near to the airport and other conveniences. Was also pet-friendly which was hugely convenient as we were travelling with our dog. The beds were comfortable, although breakfast wasn't provided so that was a bummer, but to be expected.

Hotel nada ecológico, se genera mucha basura de vajilla, polipropileno, plásticos etc. Para nuestro gusto malo el desayuno. Nos rechazaron el pago con dólares cara chica, cuando es una moneda de uso legal en EEUU .

Entretenido escuchar siempre los aviones 🙄.

Que la ventana se puede abrir y renovar el aire . Esta Cerca aeropuerto , básico pero bien . Muy correctos , se me olvidó ropa y tarjetas visa y cosas de valor y las guardaron hasta q envíe a alguien por ellas.

Deficiente desayuno, ni siquiera dan jamón York y queso , para hacerse sándwich.

Glad we only had to stay for one night to catch an early flight.

it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Staff was polite when we checked in.

only one sit down restaurant available within walking distance. The hotel was not worth the price. I took a shower with lukewarm water and the towel rack that was falling off the wall. There were no outlets for USB. they could have easily added a strip of USB ports on the desk. Overall the room looked worn.

Disappointed will never return

I experienced several issues during my stay. The beds, two double twin size, were not attached to the headboard, causing the entire bed to move with any slight motion. The bathroom lacked towels and tissue, and the dirty walls and absence of security screens in the windows left me feeling unsafe, especially since we were traveling with small children. Moreover, the hotel, resembling more of a motel, had a noticeable mildew and smoke smell. The limited breakfast options only included waffles, fruit, and coffee. This stay fell below my expectations, and I've never encountered such issues at a Laquinta before.

La Quinta is very accommodating , the staff is friendly and helpful.

Close to the airport and we were able to check in early,

Bad service, bad smell, run-down.

Not much.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise out of the port of Miami. When messaging with the property prior to the trip, the management indicated a very late checkout would not be an issue ( couldn’t arrive at port until 16:00) as they had plenty of vacancy. Upon checkin, the desk attendant said he couldn’t approve it, and said he didn’t know who the messages were from when I showed him the messaging on the app. He said we’d have to ask the next morning. I asked the lady at the desk the next morning about it and she said she could only extend our check out to 12:30 at the latest since they were full (there we hardly ANY vehicles in the parking lot). I went to the elevator and remembered I needed to get something out of our vehicle. When I passed the desk, the same clerk was speaking in Spanish to another employee, and mocking me for asking about what I was already told would not be a problem from one of their representatives (that’s right, country boys from Ga might know a little Spanish too). Rude staff that only cared to cater to Hispanics from all the interactions I witnessed. They seemed bothered and irritated if anyone spoke English to them. There were signs everywhere indicating no smoking indoors of tobacco, marijuana, or vapes, but our entire floor reeked of nasty, skunky weed. We we said something to them about it, they just shrugged their shoulders. Homeless dude was sleeping on the bench out front and begging for money, harassing guests, and staff would not ask him to leave or stop bothering customers.

The breakfast was very good. The location to the airport was good.

The room appeared to not been cleaned fully. The bathtub appeared to still have dirt in it around the sides. The airport shuttle service needs to start earlier in the morning, for those who have early flights. We had a 6:30 AM flight and the shuttle started at 5AM not giving enough time to get bags checked and through TSA. We nearly missed our flight due to not getting to the airport early enough, as the TSA line was very long.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good and restaurants were not far away.

Breakfast was good and we liked the rooms, just wish we had know about the shuttle to the airport before I purchased it from the airport to the cruise ship, but now we know and we will see you next year about this time.

Didn't like the fact that we did not know that we could get a shuttle from the hotel to our cruise ship. We have the number and will use it next time.
