Very bad experience

They only have grab and go breakfast. Nothing fresh. They have shuttle service which has no airport permissions. Some of the front desk staff doesn't know english. Driers don't work. Had to pay 3 times for half a load of clothes to dry. Swimming pool is not accessible. Phones doesn't work in the room. Have to go to front desk for every thing. On top of all these we lost our clothes that were in washer. Stove is not working in the room.

Muy regular, en el hotel en cuanto a mi reserva. pague por un servicio de comodidad y no fue asi.

tuve una mala experiencia con mi reserva, por que reserve desde el 30 de Junio de 2023 una habitación con dos (2) camas dobles y después realice una adición de un sofá, y cuando llegue la habitación solo tenia una cama doble, esto me genero mucha molestia, y adicional una de las funcionarias me que iba a cobrar mas, que por que habían unas actividades en Miami, sabiendo que ya había reservado con mucho tiempo, son cosas desagradables, le toco a mis hijos dormir incomodos, y pagando por un servicio que era mas confortable, esto lo califico con un cero (0)

Que no me cumplieron con mi reserva de la habitación, mis hijos durmieron muy incomodos y pagando por un servicio mas confortable

Fair price no frills stay. Might stay again if I had to.

Decent cost good cleanliness but the ac is very loud. They dont have a restaurant but u have your kitchen. Good for long stay.

The laundry seemed expensive and the breakfast could some fruits for veg people.

Acho que o único ponto positivo é a proxim8dade do aeroporto.Localizado próximo ao aeroporto.

Camas pequenas, chuveiro ruim, nao tem utensílios na cozinha, tem q pedir. Internet ruim e se quiser mais velocidade tem q pagar.

Disappointing

Most staff did not understand English very well. However, there was a very helpful and kind front desk attendant that helped me when the washing machine stopped working with my clothes inside.

The bedroom was not up to par for the following reasons - shower had some mold and low water pressure in the shower head, under the AC had broken metal, there were no cups or other utensils in the room, the room could not be cleaned unless we were staying for over 7 days (with young kids, this is not realistic). Outside of the bedroom was not up to par for the following reasons - The carpet in the hallway was generally dirty and was not cleaned for the duration of our trip which was 6 days long (someone spilled yogurt directly outside of our door so we could see that this hadn’t been cleaned), the pool was filled but not in operation (this has been the case for the past few trips and would have been a nice bonus).

That the hotel was clean and spacious with an amazing view 😍🥰🫶

The staff is never at the front desk. No matter time of day or night. Even when they are, THEY are short patient and very much so not friendly.

Good standard for one night but check free shuttle times before booking!

proximity to airport, free shuttle, free snack breakfast, lovely helpful staff member checking us in, comfy bed. A good airport hotel for the night.

free shuttle was at restricted times only which wasn’t clear when I booked so had to pay $20 for a ride. Pool was out of order. Not all staff spoke English. Very expensive for what it was but guess this is Miami!

close to the airport, great free parking, free shuttle to airport, friendly staff, good and fairly quiet air conditioning.

expensive in regards to what you get, terrible breakfast, bad smell in room, the door handle to our room was broken, the pool area was closed.

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We didn’t notify the front deck but they were booked..so we weren’t able to change rooms.

Never again.

Location near airport was all there was to like.

At 10:30 pm desk clerk didn’t speak English to help us check in. Check in took a long time even though we pre poked and we’re the only ones on line. Breakfast is granola bars or vending machine foods for purchase. Booked a room for 6 adults but had to request towels and blankets for guests 5-6. Carpet in hallways is absolutely filthy. The base of our toilet on tub side was disgusting—had not been cleaned. Desk clerk did her best to help even though we couldn’t understand each other. Double beds should not be in hotel rooms for 6 guests. Pool closed.

they overbooked and blamed booking.com for the issue…they said booking.com does this all the time with them…they advised they would discount our room and then billed me full price…staff didn’t seem to care one bit…I am disputing the full charge with my credit company…they could not give us the room we booked so there were not enough beds for us to sleep…people would smoke outside and it would fill the room with smoke when the air conditioning was running
