I stayed in room 201 with a king sized bed on the second floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. I enjoyed the pool, the sauna and the hot tub.

Ability to park outside room, spacious room with good in room facilities and comfortable beds. The restaurant next door was excellent and that was a bonus in that we didn’t have to drive anywhere etc.
All good

5 min walk from shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed and good on-site facilities interns of pool and launderette
Very close to railway and helipad plus coaches pick up for day trips so very noisy all night and especially early am. Bed not touched by room service.

Located out of town which suited us in terms of noise. Close enough to town to walk. Hiking trails nearby. Good restaurants.

Room was big, well equiped, and clean. Front desk was friendly. Wifi worked just fine.
Also as a tea drinker, I'm always pleased when a room comes with a kettle that's been cleaned in the current century :-)

we had no hot water to take showers prior to check out and there was a very loud noise coming the furnace that did not stop all night. very unfortunate.

The room was very spacious but contained a small bathroom.
Room facilities are very minimal.
It is a little further out of the main street. It is still walkable, but windchill makes it difficult in certain conditions

loved the sauna
Outdated property. At $174.00 per night it could use some renovations tiny rooms.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. If we needed something, they came and brought it right away. We also loved that there was a Starbucks right there!
We had to ask for a new sheet for our bed because when we pulled the covers back, there was a stain on our bottom sheet.
The only other thing (and it isn't the hotel's fault) is that I didn't like how the coach buses were parked outside our room. It made parking a little difficult and they were very noisy. We were woken up at 12:45 am one night to one of them backing up. It was beeping so loud for what felt like forever. Then he did it again at 8am. They should park out on the main road if they are going to be moving around at all hours. Not in the guest parking lot right outside of the rooms. I did mention this to the front desk and the employee was very understanding and apologetic and said she would address it with the bus company.

Dog friendly.
The room had a perfumey fragrance (that gives me a headache).

Clean comfy quiet and great price on the main drag easy to find
Restaurant closes earlier than I want. But front desk was very helpful in showing me who was still open in town and where to find them
