Hôtel avec tout le confort.

Bruyant en bord de route, le train arrive en face. Nous sommes restés une nuit à la place des 2 nuits réservées. La personne de l’accueil qui souffle quand on lui demande quelque chose.

The outer doors lock and no way to get in after walking dog at night or early morning. Room was farthest from lobby.

The gym and the pool are small but nice.Good location

The windows can’t be open. The room is stuffy. The air conditioning is very noisy so it’s hard to sleep trough the night with it and without it there is no air… the shower is warm and not hot. I asked to check it and was told that this is the way it’s suppose to be . Of course this isn’t my first shower and I know it’s not hot, but oh well… when we first arrived . the soap dispenser in the room was all empty .It felt like they didn’t do a good job preferring the room for us. One of the days they emptied the trash but didn’t make the beds

Comfortable stay

Good location, easy walk down the street to restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable good size room. Nice to receive a phone call after check in to see that everything was okay with the room. Restaurant onsite looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. Noisy opposite the train line but air con drowned out the noise. Nesters supermarket next door we bought sandwiches/drinks for the next days Icefield Parkway drive. Maligne Canyon not far out of Jasper was incredible, free and not to be missed. We felt far more impressive that Johnston canyon.

They need to not (see I did not say should - should implies an option - I am saying it is not an option) say Free Parking. Because parking is extremely limited. For sake of argument, if you are not back at the hotel by (IDK, 4pm), you will not get one of 30 spots. They need to say "Limited Free Parking (first come, first serve of 30 spots). Paid parking is available on the street/in a lot nearby. That is the fact. Fortunately, I only had to pay 5 bucks over two days. But it is the principle in truthful marketing.

Very comfortable and great location with all the amenities we needed.

Location, very comfy beds and pillows, small kitchenette. Front desk staff were warm and friendly upon arrival and graciously did not charge us for the first night we were reserved due to us not being able to make it after being bumped from a flight and arriving almost 12 hours later than scheduled in Calgary. This meant a great deal to us!

Bathroom was very small and outdated, lack of privacy in patio, construction on facility during our stay, large construction vehicles in small parking lots.

Pleasant stay, comfortable room, great location

Great location, a very short walk to the restaurants, cafes etc. Very close to the supermarket. The staff were professional. Parking onsite was very convenient. There was space every time I parked, although the car park looked like it might not be big enough during busy the hotel's periods.

The room was a bit noisy in a few respects. The train of course (the same as most places in Jasper), but also any conversations in the adjacent room were quite audible at night. The price felt on the high side, but Jasper is quite expensive. Somehow it didn't feel like the most welcoming place I've stayed in Canada, but I can't quite put my finger on why..

The beds were nice, and the view form the balcony was really 👌

Well the water pressure for taking a shower/bath. It must be connected to the entire building, because if you have a shower and someone else flushes the toilet you lose all pressure and it goes cold immediately! Also when we were trying g to check out our room door broke trying to get back in.

Excellent hotel, wonderful location, friendly staff.

Excellent location, and super friendly staff. I highly recommend the Crimson. Ona side note, and I know this is not just a Crimson thing. All US and Canadian hotel seem to be doing this, but I do really miss having rooms cleaned during a hotel stay. I hope this comes back, but I have a feeling it won’t, as it is cheaper for the hotel not to provide that service.

Jasper was a beautiful place. The Crimson was an excellent place from which to go exploring.

adjoining rooms. separate bathrooms, having a fridge in the room kids loved the pool/hot tub good location - close to restaurants and shops One of our group was a train fanatic - very impressed by location to train station and train activity!

A shuttle/bus to local attractions would have been useful. Family rates for travel would help.

Rooms were remodelled. Modern, clean. Same with common areas. Staff were helpful, very kind.

Our suite was adjoining and we could hear everything the group next to us said. That room should be kept for groups that are together or something should be done to sound proof that door.
