Nice enough. Memo to self Ask about elevator before booking.

Location and staff excellent

No elevator and no one to help with luggage. Bathroom was tiny and hard to manoeuvre into shower

Séjour médiocre, cet hôtel a besoin d’une rénovation afin d’améliorer le confort des clients

Le personnel est très gentil.

La douche alternait entre eau chaude et eau froide sans que l’on touche rien, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre à notre arrivée et la climatisation faisait un tel bruit qu’il était impossible de dormir avec la climatisation allumée. Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de la prestation.

My expectations based on cost would include a more comfortable shower… felt like I was being scalded

Shower… inconsistent water temperature… this is the third time I’ve stayed and experienced the same issue each visit.

I asked for 2 doubles got 2 singles. A/C right beside bed and noisy. Room very warm. A total ripoff for $300.

The hotel and parking arrangements and size and condition of room prompted cancellation of room

The room I was shown was extremely small and outdated. The bathroom sink was right next to the bed. The light switch was hard to find. There was no elevator. The parking was across the main highway and was an additional $15 dollars a day which was not disclosed at the time of making the reservation.

Everything. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Very good price for the location.

The location is great. The rates are quite reasonable. The lounge has great atmosphere and friendly staff. Parking right across the street with plenty of space. The view from the entrance of the building is breathtaking and if you get a room facing Connaught Drive you'll enjoy the same view from your room.

The view from our room faced a roof and the backside of several other buildings, which was not too appealing. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference and the bathrooms are extremely small. The shower faucet bracket was broken, causing the movable shower head to fall to the floor at random.

The room and location were sufficient for our need of a one night stay.

Location was fine .... Reception people were helpful and friendly ... bed was very comfortable ... We were able to eat in the Pub ... Our window did have a nice view of the mountains, and there were nasturtium flowers in planters outside the window.

Having the restaurant open would have been appreciated, but I understand it was related to the end of season situation ... Two lights over the small dresser in the room were faulty, and not working ... On the radiator heater, there were thin wires laying on the floor, attached to the heater. The heater did not activate when turned on, which was a mystery, and disappointing. The window in the room was very dirty outside, though, again, that was probably related to it being "end of season".
