The room was picture perfect, exactly like the photos with beautiful decorating and everything you could need. We had a stunning view of the glaciers and all the furniture was so comfortable. The location is quite literally unbeatable by about 100 miles - there is nothing else in the vicinity! You'd have to drive over an hour in either direction to reach something else. The hotel also had the tastiest water I've ever drank due to the glaciers, and an amazing tea selection.
We had to call three different numbers to find the guest parking lot - the ones on booking.com didn't work. It was also difficult late at night when we checked in due to the lack of lighting and signage in the lot. There was a bit of an issue with payment/incorrect charges as well, but this was resolved so easily! The staff member from Bratislava, Slovakia was really kind and knowledgeable.

When we booked, we knew that the hotel is located at the foot of the Glacier, but nothing could have prepared us for the actual view, which is absolutely stunning. It did help a lot that we arrived on a sunny day. Staying here puts you at the perfect spot for an excursion up the glacier and the Skywalk. Rooms are modern with a nice layout, beds are soft and comfortable, other room amenities are on par.
The public washroom for the hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the Visitor Center, not in the hotel.

Unique location and fabulous lobby
Hard to know how to enter/exit at night, no lights on stairs. Also, when we entered our new room it was occupied by someone else. The staff gave us another room but we had to wait. It would have expected them to offer free breakfast or at least a free drink for that inconvenience

The big and cosy room has everything that we need. The room is very modern and rustic at the same time, bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room comes with yoga mats, first lodge we came across with yoga mats. Location of the lodge is right across Athabasca Glacier, within 30 mins walk. Jasper downtown is 2 hours drive away but the Icefield Parkway is never a boring drive. Everytime we enter the lobby, we are blown away by the exceptional view at the lobby facing the glacier. There are free flow of coffee and hot/cold water at the lobby and we can sit at the lobby and chill as long as we want. There is bell personnel who helped us with our luggage all the way to the room as we checked in, exceptional services.
Lack of lighting at the carpark entrance, we missed the entrance on the way back from Jasper town at night.

Great location with awesome afternoon complimentary cocktail. Fantastic tour in the Glacier with our driver Tess. If you drink tea try the green tea with strawberry-delicious.
Limited dinner and breakfast options - and overpriced.
4.3
Comfy bed, great view, nice to have a complimentary cocktail.
We found at checkout that there was an "amenity fee" on top of the price, supposedly for wifi, luggage service etc. We did not understand why was is not included in the price. Also, the price for the breakfast buffet did not include drinks, which we were not made aware of. We had an excellent stay but that left us with a bad feeling that we were getting conned.

Everything is good. The view from the hotel is fantastic! Enjoyed very much!

location and view are exceptional. cozy room.
we had no control over the heating, only central control by the hotel and was changed frequently from cool to heat to fan, weird.

The view of the hotel
Elevator was not working and we had to carry our bags to 3rd floor without any help from the hotel and we had kids with us. The altitude restaurant did not have very good options for vegetarian and very limited menu. The breakfast buffet did not have any pancakes or muffin for kids. Towels in our room had some black fur on them and were not the best quality. Need to have the Cafe open for a little longer .

a special hotel. beautiful rooms. superb location.
we will recommend to add vegetable at breakfast.
4.3
Pretty comfortable. The room and bathrrom was big enough. Spectacular views to the glacier. They serve complementary delicatessen and cheese boards in the common area for the guests. There is only one restaurant in the hotel (and in the surroundings) and it is pretty good considering you are in the middle of nowhere.
I can not thing in something

View from the giant window at the lobby was stunning.
The hook at the sliding bathroom door.

The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable (although the pilows were a bit hard), it was nice that there was a coffee machine in the lobby that was free for use at any time and means to make coffee/tea in the room. It was also nice that they served some snacks in the afternoon in the lobby. The staff was accommodating. There is only one restaurant that serves dinner and although the food was good quality and tasty it was a bit pricy. The view of the glacier from our room made the difference: it was amazing at any time of day.
The hotel is rather far from other places and therefore we were a bit disappointed that there was no spa or swimming pool to relax after days of hiking and traveling. The lobby is rather small (the picture in the website is somewhat misleading) and although there are a few comfy chairs and the view is stunning, there is not much privacy or a cosy feeling). Also the parking is quite far from the entrance so don't leave things in the car thinking you'll take them later because marching these 80-100 meters in the cold is no fun. Nevertheless, the staff was always willing to help us with the luggage.

My wife and I was assigned to room 320, next to the storage and mechanical room. There were also 2 luggage carts besides the door of my room. During the whole night, there was strong vibration caused by mechanical system running, as well as the noise. Actually, I feedbacked to the reception afterwards, he told me that the mechanical system can not be disabled at all, and the only thing he could help is to provide ear plug. It was really annoying and I couldn’t sleep well even after a whole day journey even using the ear plugs, besides to it, there was the huge bounce noise in the early morning when people using cart transferring luggage. Generally speaking, it was a terrible experience to stay here.

Breathtaking view! Best location for people who want to visit Columbia iceberg. Hotel guests get huge discounts on skywalk and glacier adventure.
Rooms are nice and comfortable. New facilities and well-trained employees.
The hotel only has one restaurant which serves limited choices of lunch and dinner. For example, there are four appetizers and four entree on the dinner menu. And the nearest restaurant outside of the hotel is 15 miles away —— basically you don’t have choice but eat here. Food tastes good but quite expensive. $70 per person for dinner. Breakfast is $20/pp.

Good location . Room was comfortable.
Hotel a bit tired . Check in was chaotic. Actually getting into the car park was a shambles as code for the barrier was not sent beforehand . Breakfast was not good at all . Evening meal was OK not a lot of choice
