英語が話せなかったけど、優しく対応してくれて助かりました。シカゴ都心からは少し離れてるので、その辺は不便かも。

Bed was comfortable
They tried to get me to pay twice, claiming they hadn’t received my payment when I first booked. Very sneaky. This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Hilton location and this happened both times. Needless to say I won’t be staying at a Hilton ever again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean
The hallways leading to the pool were SHIVERING cold (the thermostat on the wall in the snack area said 52). The pool area itself was not as cold, but it was quite chilly.
I also wonder how much chlorine was in the pool. My daughter and I both had a rash covering our arms and legs after swimming, and we have never had that from any pool.

close to the arena.
They said they offered airport shuttle bus service. asked the front staff if they can provide it to me for when I leave. staff said they would get back to me. they never did so I had to pay for transportation to the airport.

No breakfast no room service and I was having day surgery. I depended on room service, and they would not even bring us up any ice we had to do it ourselves. They had tiny ice buckets I asked for extra ones for me to get ice for my face, and they said they had no extra ones. The maid had to get one from another room. They also did not clean my room when I came back eight hours later from surgery even though that morning at 4 AM I left a detailed message about cleaning the room on the housekeeping voicemail. Several things were broken in the room, including the drop front of the cabinet, where the coffee maker is the hinges fell off. Also, my friend, who was tending me with ice bags. She sat in the chair in the office. Desk in the living room of the suite in the arm, came loose and fell off on the floor, and she almost got hurt . It’s just really cheaply run property sounds like the owners if this is a franchise which Hilton has a tendency to do compared to better hotels, such as Marriott or Hyatt; whoever runs his property is really cheap and does not care. The people on the front desk were very nice as was the person in the restaurant. I had to go down with my swollen face to pick up a cup of soup, and the soup was not even edible. It was French onion soup, and it was loaded with sugar for some reason so I didn’t have any real food the night before my surgery which I should’ve had, but there was no room service , and in the morning it was too early. There was no way for me to get anything before I went to my surgery. Just a rundown hotel. I chose Doubletree instead of the courtyard by Marriott across the street or a Fairfield Inn because I wanted better customer service and room service so I wouldn’t be down in the lobby having to go and do everything myself. Even the coffee maker I had to beg for more creamers, there were two creamers, and I just felt sorry for the staff they were understaffed at night. They told me and everything would be better during the day
A ratchet experience, no service, chintzy supplies, broken furniture, not enough, ice buckets, non-responsive, housekeeping, restaurant, not open during the day, and with no room service it was a mess as I was in bandages and needed to have food brought to me and my friend had to go drive and go find a place to bring me something to eat when I came back from surgery and the room was not made up as I had ordered it be eight hours earlier.

We were in town for events in the area, so the location was perfect. Definitely not for anyone wanting to visit Chicago, specifically, as it’s about half an hour or more depending on traffic. Rooms were cozy enough and the staff was great.
Walls are pretty thin, but not an issue if you’re not excessively loud, which no one was.

Breakfast
You over charged me, and I understand incidentals, but it was $150 more than the the price I was quoted. The girl at the front desk said I dunno and couldn't care less. I will be requesting a partial refund because that was upsetting

The location was convenient and the parking was awesome .... really appreciated the extra parking in the back as we were hauling a trailer
The mattress was awful and very uncomfortable. We felt like we kept rolling into the middle of the bed.

convenient location, rooms were standard. Beds (2 queens) were definitely small. probably full size. Our room did not seem like it was vacuumed- there was also garbage behind the chair. I understand housekeeping can’t make it perfect, and the beds/bedding were clean, as was the bathroom. perfectly adequate!

Location
They had bedbugs, charged me for my free breakfast, had only 2 working power outlets in the room, plus charged me a different amount than what is on my receipt.

They don’t know what customer service is. They lie and deceive customers. You will not get the room you booked and paid for. You will automatically be assigned to a worse/cheaper room if you booked through Booking.com. Be careful and never use this hotel.
