Location was good, staff was friendly.

The bathroom was clean. The staff member was extremely friendly.

The room was not swept nor moped well. Dirt, crumps were evident on the floor. Behind the night table there was a lot of food crumbs and left over birthday cards. A pop can was also left under the heater. The mattress were old and very worn

We had a wonderful time at Country Side Inn and will defintly be back again!

I loved that they had an area for kids to play. Our room had a little kitchenet in it which was awesome. Great place if you are staying for an extended time. The staff were excellent and very accommodating.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It's great if your on a budget.

Trash was not taken out from previous customers. The room smelled and some of the lights did not work. Overpriced for what it was.

I don’t like to be in greatful. But please improve the laundry of linen and towels.

Bed and bedding and towels need better management. Mattress so very bad. I paid over $100 with taxes. Not worth it. Times are hard. I never sleep due to bed and awful sheets. Manager was kind man. But the facility need fixing etc.

there wasn’t much to like. no interaction with the staff outside of picking up the key and dropping it back off.

A roadside basic low-cost motel on the outskirts of Kingston. It was quiet, clean but not elegant!

Easy to find and very reasonable price. Large screen cable TV. Clean linen and comfortable queen bed.

Furniture was dated and rather worn. Electric baseboard heating. Table and 2 chairs. Desk and chair.

The bathroom sink there was no hot water There was 3 black and red bugs walking around, in the bathroom on the wall, on the wall behind the TV and near the bed on the floor.......EWWW!!!

The location was ok, glad we weren't staying long, the room was far from clean, there were hairs all over the bathroom, the floors were filthy like they only get vacuumed not washed, the room was full of old mismatched furniture, the TV remote had no batteries, the light switch inside the room door doesn't turn on lights, instead provides power to the tv. If you need a quick place to just sleep it'll do, but I won't be making this place a frequent stop on my journeys.

Everything except the beds seemed filthy, and gross, the furniture is all outdated and broken, it be a great place to smoke crack, or other types of drugs....

I like it and I am still here leaving on Sept 19....the bus to downtown is about a 20 minute walk....on the highway. trip downtown is about 15 minutes it really moves express all the way number 601 and return 602

Bathroom not designed for seniors. Shower had no slip prevention, no grab bars. It would have been nice to have coffee facilities somewhere on the premises.

Some things need some maintenance but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property itself was nice. A&W was a minute down the street. Lots of outlets in the room including next to the bed on both sides, next to the ev and in the washroom!

The faucet was very hard to turn off in the washroom, the desk wasn’t level and things kept falling/rolling off, the bathroom door was difficult to close as well. The walls seemed paper thin and there just happened to be another few families and motorcyclists staying so the door slamming and loud engines were an issue most of the night. Also, this property is located further out of the general Kingston area which I suppose was my mistake for not realizing but it was a 20+ minute drive to anything in Kingston. Although there were lots of outlets, there were 2 in our room that didn’t work at all.
