Rude rude staff gouging for parking after you pay $20 per car

Nice rooms and hotel and goood morning breakfast

After spending $169 on a room for our wedding we had to pay another $60 for parking passes we only had one car went to breakfast and went back to room to be locked out went to front desk and the staff was extremely rude and asking for another $26 for parking ??? Or they could not unlock our room that we had already paid for and paid for parking the night before ! Paying 169 and then 40 more for parking and then them locking you out the next day and demanding more money for parking when your one car hasn’t left the parking lot since it was parked the day before at check in ??!! That’s disgusting and the staff was nasty about it !!! Sent white brother to front desk and he reported he was treated great ! (We are Spanish)

Super beliggenhed og rigtige gode faciliteter

Beliggenheden var super god, og faciliteterne var rigtig fine. Særligt morgenmadsbuffeten var super og lige så pool-området.

Velkomsten ved check-in sen aften var ikke særlig imødekommende - sløve receptionister, der næsten ikke kunne informere om og hjælpe med parkering og køb af et let aftensmåltid, da deres eget køkken allerede var lukket ned.

We were very disappointed with the room overall and we feel like we spent too much money for what we experienced.

The staff was friendly, the location was great for our event, and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing.

The floors in our room had large brown stains, the sofa bed had a large yellow stain on it, the bedroom door had hand prints and marks on it (maybe blood, grease, oil), the bed had hair and other particles on the sheets after being pulled back, our baby’s hands and feet were black after crawling on the floor for just a few minutes, and the bathroom had strings of hair hanging from the ceiling.

El personal de recepción (Camerón Cannon) muy mal. Faltaban unos minutos para las 16.00 hrs y no permitía hacer el check in sin checar siquiera si el cuarto estaba disponible y las 16.00 hrs había una tremenda fila para el check in! El comedor muy saturado y poco funcional prepara servirse alimentos.

Loved it

We loved the accommodations but the staff was amazing. The breakfasts every morning we had were so good. Misty made the best omelets and Aloni (spelling??) and Katia were the best A-team with her serving up wonderful breakfasts. Than there was Jeff that kept the tables clean so efficiently and so kind. We also had dinner a few times with the happy hr and Lynn always made sure we were taken care of. All very kind and attentive. I am hoping I have the names correct and there were many more that helped us and never got names. But when you stay as long as we did 10 days we really appreciated the wonderful service. We definitely will be trying to go back as we enjoyed it so very much. I would love to have this forwarded to the staff as I don't feel they always get the recognition they deserve. There was my husband, son and sister so the four of us. Many days at amusement parks and they made it so much better.

I had a fun and relaxing time celebrating ny

The suite was more spacious than I thought!! I think the hotel itself is beautiful, we were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived.

Just the fact that at night it was really loud but that has nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with the location being in the middle of downtown.

Excellent location and amazing breakfast!

I was totally impressed with the breakfast FINALLY we enjoy it; plenty space to seat and enjoy the meal. Super happy with the location. Spacious room.

Complicated paper for the parking garage, we had a rainy weekend so we will get wet and the car as well :(

Śniadanie skromne,ale pod kątem porannego wyjazdu do parku wystarczające. Suita dosyć spora, wygodne łóżko. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości przy czteroosobowej rodzinie.

Not worth to be Honors member. This is my second stay and my last. Have points with Marriot

No housekeeping had to ask for towels housekeeper grouchy although I tipped her I drink hot milk in the morning , I asked the breakfast staff. NOT ALLOWED Had to go out for breakfast No type of food during the day, had to go out for a sandwich Had to pay for parking a lot!

Most relaxing environment ever

This hotel was really AWESOME! It has the best staff and the most relaxing environment. The lobby was so beautiful I could not leave it. Breakfast was included and it was great. The hotel offers guest-operated laundry which was really helpful. I would definitely come back again.

The price is high, but the hotel offers a lot to compensate for the expense.

Overall, very comfortable and satisfying stay.

Quiet room, great breakfast, good air conditioning!

The bed was very hard. There was a dripping sound from the room above that was continuous. I couldn't hear it in the bedroom, but it was loud in the living room and bathroom. Also, the ice machine was repeatedly nearly out of ice. I could never fill up my ice bucket.

Hotel was ok but I expected a better stay

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

There was homeless people sleep outside my window view so I had to keep the window covering closed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I wasn’t happy about the parking across the street and paying extra money to park my car myself.
