It was ok .

Atmosphere

Breakfast ended early and pool wasn’t open long .It’s summer and everything seemed rushed not a lot of relaxation.

We look forward to staying at the Embassy Suites again next year and in the future.

Remodeled in the last year, everything was refreshed and looking good. The common spaces for breakfast and complementary happy hour were well laid out, more comfortable and better able to handle large numbers of guests.

Only complaint was the noise from kids lasting later than I’m used to, after 11pm. This only happened one of the 6 nights of our stay. I consider it more the fault of the parents and not hotel management.

Great value for spacious suites and visually pleasing environment.

Beautiful layout and spacious rooms. Loved the indoor pool area!

Found a single roach in the room midway through the stay but it was an isolated incident. Atrium blocked off after certain time, limits accessibility just a little bit but it was easy to get around it.

The breakfast. Beds were comfy.

Was pricey for the rooms were not over the top just normal hotel rooms. The pool was inside and not ventalated very well the overwhelming smell of chlorine was unbearable. Twin beds in room were very small.

It very dusty and dirty pretty much everywhere in the hotel. The eating areas especially. The elevator got stuck our first time going up.

The lobby had a nice gathering space & the location of the property was good.

We had multiple issues during our stay to include no bed linens in our room upon arrival, a broken tv, & terrible water pressure. After our first night's stay, we were expecting room service to come in while we were away for a majority of the day, but we returned to find that our door had been propped & left open from the maintenance men replacing our tv, trash overflowing from the night before, & all dirty towels still in our room. Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid for this stay.

Overall it's a nice place to stay and the location was perfect for me.

Breakfast was good, location was perfect, complimentary drink hour was a nice surprise. Steak house inside the hotel was awesome. One of the best steaks I've had. Area is beautiful, clean and I felt safe walking around at night.

Couple issues, shower head broke the 2nd day we were there and never got fixed, was still usable but i had to wrap a wash cloth around it to keep it in place. Notified the front desk. Two days later engineering showed up but my wife was using the shower. Asked them to come back in 10 minutes. They never cane back. shower pressure was horrible, air conditioning wasn't the best.

Greatest deal on Booking.com

This was wonderful compared to the hotel the night before that we were forced to leave and find a nice place with a good bed. This hotel We highly recommend...everything about it is nice, including an especially the area by the Lake is absolutely beautiful and walking. It is just a nice added touch for romantic evening. Beds are comfortable everything is spotless and they're body products are outstanding

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. It's just that it was a little loud at night time. So it made resting slightly difficult for my husband people were enjoying themselves though, so it was not that bad.

Folks like John and Gloria went above and beyond to make the stay great. To me they were employees of the week.

Proximity to Cranes Roost park. The appetizing breakfast. The amazing staff. The peaceful atmosphere. No noise.

When I spoke to the desk I was informed that the construction was completed. However, the construction team and activity did not affect the stay.

Pissed off

I DID NOT END UP STAYING HERE BUT THEY CHARGED ME LIKE I DID. IN ORLANDO I'M FROM KANSAS CITY IN TOWN FOR MY DAUGHTER'S GRADUATION FROM COLLEGE. WHAT A JOKE. ORLANDO OWE ME, IMMA NEED THEM TO RUN ALL MY MONIES BACK. WHAT A THIRSTY OVERPRICED OVERRATED CITY. WE WILL CONTINUE TO STAY IN ST PETE AND DRIVE OVER TO ORLANDO. STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN!

Not pleasant

Breakfast good

The room smelled like the surfaces had been wiped down with a dirty cloth. When I pulled the curtain closed there were 2 x empty crisp packets. The quilt cover was VERY creased and in ironed. I have stayed before but this time the room was not satisfactory.

We’ve stayed here before, love the location

it’s under major renovation and we were not aware until we arrived. this made navigating the 1st floor is cumbersome. the plastic sheeting and construction debris were uninviting.

The room was beautiful and had everything we could want.

Someone had literally parked in front of the entrance. Like I pulled in behind them got my room key came out and had to back out. No one else was in the lobby. Seems they just parked there.
