You get what you pay for.

I did like the vinyl plank floors.

Hmmm…Where do I begin. We booked about 10+ rooms for a family event. We all had similar experiences but some had it worse than others. Continental breakfast was a bust. No juice or water available for those who do not drink warm coffee. There were slim pickings and that’s just me being nice. Lobby restroom was not cleaned during our stay. The same poop and urine stains that we encountered upon arrival were there at check out. Housekeeping needs to do better. They also need an exterminator. With proper management this inn has the potential of becoming a gem.

The staff was horrible, poor customer service and communication! I will never book here again!

I did not stay in the room that I paid for, I tired to speak with the manager and told me it wasn't her problem to deal with. At check out the room was still in same condition as when I checked in, the clerk refused to give me my room deposit back!

Probably wouldn't stay there agian

The staff and the make your own waffle station

The bed suck had a huge divit in it the room and fridge was dirty when I got there .. the TV didn't work the first day and the hot water sucked had to wait 20min for it to get hot any time you wanted hot water

Porquería de hotel

Nada , nunca me hicieron el cuarto , en 10’dias que estuve lo limpiaron 2 veces , al final se robaron mi depósito , no me lo regresaron por que según ellos no tenían la hoja donde dejaba anotado los 80 dólares , pésimo lugar

No me gusto nada , huele a mota todo el tiempo , está lleno de personas de color que se la pasan gritando , y el personal es muy malo

Great stay for a great price did weekly rate

Stood in loft and bathroom is beautiful. Shower has bench. On go breakfeast and USB on every receptical. Newly renovated.

Limit on service. Always out of a specific towel type

This hotel needs to be shutdown and definitely shouldn’t qualify to even be listed on Booking.com

Gross and uncomfortable and not worth half the cost of a night

The location

I didn’t like: the roaches, the dirty showers, the stained sheets and blankets, the Access the lizards had to my room, the floors with hairs everywhere, the tv that didn’t have access to the channels on the tv guide, the A/C that never turns off even though it’s turned off, the way the non smoking room smells like cigarettes nor the or the soap they provide that feels like sandpaper on your skin. Please shut this place down. $80 a night is straight up robbery. If you are reading this, DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! ITS STILL A ROACH MOTEL!

The room smelt like something died and flies everywhere in the room. Other guest would come out and watch us unload and to see what room we stayed in. So uncomfortable that we immediately left the property and book another room somewhere safer and cleaner

Great price, nice pool area, not so good environment.

The property itself was beautiful.

During our stay, the police were called for two separate incidents and one of them happened to be right next door to us. A man had went unconscious, probably due to alcohol and this situation required so many EMSs.

Room interior was decent.

The property exterior was not good. 1/10 rating on that. The main entrance was dirty and full of mugs. No worth the money. I would have slept in my car instead. Like Yelling of neighbors disturb sleep and kind of scary.

Good location, Location right on I4 means a lot, easy to get anywhere. Price seemed about right , compared to what else is out there. Overall was pretty quiet overnight.

Pillows seemed sort of "moist'. Found a roach in the room. No conditioner in the shower. Loud people in the parking lot. But look, it was $70 dollars cheaper than most of the other ones so, "it is what it is"

Very nice room

Great location and nice hotel, friendly staff, I had a problem with my ac they changed my room right away will come back to this location next time when in Altamonte

It was adequate for location but it has no breakfast.

Location was good.

The room was clean but the telephone and sheer curtain were dirty. The pool floor had leaves and debris and did not seem inviting. There is no breakfast.

The facilities look ok.

The smell of smoke in nonsmoking rooms were terrible. The pictures of the room are not accurate. The airconditiner was nasty dirty.
