Great potential but seems run down and not clean.

Stayed 3 nights . No maid sevice . Tv didn’t work. Called 3 times they never fixed it.

All the drug addicts staying in the rooms next door. They need to do better at cleaning the parking area and monitoring all the drug sales and use outside. The noise all night was horrible

Affordable and very close to restaurants and malls and springs which is the reason of our trip.

The elevator is not working,we have to use the stairs and our room is on 4th floor and also the floor on our room is dusty like it was not clean or mop before our stay.

Overall you get what you pay for.

convenient and affordable staff was very friendly.

On my last day saw cockroach. MAIN door had gaps where someone can just peak inside. Felt like the only renovated rooms where the rooms overlooking the pool area. because all of the rooms I stayed in all the outlets were ripped off the wall. floor was dirty and bed was old. neighbor were loud to the point where I can here them all the time having sexual intercourse. throughout the night.

hidden fees, unadvertised resort fee and a $100 deposit that has still not been credited back to my credit card. I arrived a few minutes before official check in time (maybe 20 minutes) and was told to return in 20 minutes or pay a $35 early check in fee.

The hotel looks Ok

First there is no breakfast. There is no phone to talk to front desk. I did not like 100 about damages deposit. there was things in the room that did not work. the furniture looks cheap.

Do you have this gorgeous pool but you're unable to utilize it because it's freezing cold you need to eat it I came there on New Year's Eve and you'll bar closed at 9:00 a.m. and I was not able to get out and go anywhere I was disappointed
