Our room was nice, the beds were comfy, and we loved our view.
The bathroom smelled like pee, a very strong urine smell. The tub was gross, it was peeling. It was sharp where it felt like it could cut our feet so we had to place a towel down in the tub. there was hair on the walls so i’m guessing it wasn’t properly cleaned. Crumbs all of over the floor by the beds. Kinda bummed because the pictures made it look way nicer than what it actually was. This hotel has a lot of potential but just doesn’t have the best people taking care of it.

Central location
Stains on couch so we asked for a sheet to cover it but never received it. We saw a maid in the hallway the NEXT day and she gave us one. There could have been some touch ups on bathroom door. Paint was wearing out lots of wear and tear. Part of the decorative bathroom mirror was broken off.

Located near restaurants, stores and malls.
The parking a little. Small, they need to do a one way in and one way out in the outside upper level.

The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled good.
Very nice walk in shower, and very comfortable bed.
Half of the Hot tub jets didn't work.
Pool area is a little unappealing...

How close it was to useful stores such as Target CVS, and a lot of food options around it too.
The smell of the lobby was too strong that getting into the room it smelt old and dirty.

Staff were so kind and amazing.
Room was a bit dusty.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Slight noise levels from next door neighbor but not loud enough to need to complain
no issues.

Didn't realize it was a mini suite so I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it was just a room with a room. Loved the huge sliding doors into the bedroom and bathroom. The shower was amazing! The 3 rain/shower head options were an added bonus. The added touch were the bath robes, nice and comfy. They have Coffee Bean coffee and tea with Coffee Mate creamer so they didnt skimp on the sides. Plus I got a relaxing view of the mountain side.
The parking spaces are pretty narrow and parking is a separate fee from the room price.

It was clean and updated.
A few things in the room didn’t work.

Clean and comfortable
With high price we paid should have complementary breakfast and free parking. Parking was $37 per night which is ridiculous.

The staff.
Parking is bad and you have to pay for it you had to wait for hot water, the shower knob is awful. When you get out of the shower the whole floor is wet. There’s a hole in the wall. The remote control didn’t work

we have booked a kingsize bed room as a couple and we got a room with two queen size beds.
Our shower in the room was broken and in the morning we asked for another room to get showered to reach our scheduled vacation day!
They tried to fix the shower and we had to wait three hours. After three hours they noticed that the repairmen needs more time and we got another room.
Our first day of vacation was still crashed!

I like that I was on the 10th floor.
Gotta paid for parking. The room was too small, the bathroom door couldn't lock, some pieces in the room were falling apart. Basically for how much I was paying, it didn't meet my expectation at all.

The front desk man that attended us was very friendly!
My room was not clean when we arrived. The toilet paper was used, the sink was clogged, and the sheets smelled. When calling the FD to come fix the faucet and clean, they did not fix the sink and left our room door open. After calling again to complain about this and asking them to fix the faucet, we were told that they couldn’t fix it because no one was available to fix it. My friend’s room had a clogged shower drain upon arrival and flooded their bathroom. Very bad experience here.

Spacious rooms, location easily accessible to get to downtown, La Jolla, etc
Ripped shower curtain, shower curtain had a large stain, no conditioner in dispenser, 2 of 3 shower towels had stained, took bartender 10 minutes to make their advertised margarita even tho I was the only customer.
The fire sprinkler was completely rusted.

The location is great - I usually always stay in hotel circle when I go to San Diego. The overall outside and lobby is clean and staff is friendly. They allowed me to do an early check-in (1hr early) since the room was available which I appreciated.
But I don’t feel it’s worth the money. For a Hilton, they AC didn’t work and the mini fridge in the room didn’t work. There was some scuffs and missing molding in the bathroom.

Air conditioning in the room did not work. Also the bathroom sink was clogged and just filled up with water.
When I told the front desk the next day, she seemed very uninterested and didn’t even apologize.
To top it off, we didn’t even get complimentary waters. They charged us $2/ea water which they resold from Costco (Kirkland).

The controller for the tv did not work

I liked the breakfast buffet and the friendliness of the staff.
I was charged for parking on top of the price for staying there. The hotel room had damage to it. They put me in a room with an adjoining door to it and I could easily hear everything in the other room.

For the most part, the property was well taken care of. We really liked how the parking lot had an elevator that led us straight in the lobby. The staff members were also friendly.
We didn’t like how the TV was not working. When we attempted to call the front desk, there was no one to answer the phone.
The room had a terrible smell (a damp smell) and the bed left my pjs with that same odd smell.

Location was very convenient, close to everything we wanted. Room was clean and comfortable.
Parking is a bit pricey at $34 per night.

The mattress was really comfortable.
I had to pay 34 dollars for parking.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, with an old bathtub that was falling apart and clogged showerheads. The pool located in the hotel also felt really plain.
Overall, felt expensive to the quality of the place.
