Nothing to be honest it was the worst place I ever rented and to make matter worst it was my first trip to Cali with my family . You guys click bait the picture it looks nothing like it .
It’s stinks really bad like urine
The carpets was cruchy and nasty
The fridge was damaged
The bathroom was dirty had a annoying likish
The pillows that my 13 year old was gonna use had some red stains the bed was dirty
Smell like dog oh and it was dusty it was a nasty room I didn’t took pictures of the hotel stay because it was embarrassing to even take pictures . I wish I did just to post it on Google but we tried to spend less time in the hotel because we didn’t feel like it was worth staying there
Not worth what I payed for sorry but I’m being honest SHAME on you guys!!! for not caring and acting like you guys don’t know how costumers go through
it’s really bad 😒

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, delipidated physical plant. We did not have breakfast and checked out early. Paid $300 penalty for early check out thru booking.com hard to understand Indian customer service.
All the above.

the only thing that we really enjoyed was the pool
The breakfast was not a breakfast. It was snacks im a bag. The room was not worth the price we were charged. Online it was under $500 but once we arrived we were charged almost $600!!!

I did not get the room I reserved on the first night. The staff said it's first come first serve. Really? Then what's the point of reserving a room. I feel like this place is not an honest place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful
I was put in the furthest corner in the back of the building with no easy access to the room, it was very it was dark and hard to get to. And the lock broke on the door. I fell very unsafe, there was men just hanging out in the parking lot alone, on the side of the building and outside of the rooms, just smoking and drinking. And with a broken lock and far away in the corner, I felt really safe with my children. The rooms smelled, the doors looked like they have been chewed up . Staff was great about the lock and moved me right away. I really appreciated that.

Absolutely nothing unfortunately.
We didn’t like the cockroaches in our room, the filth/smell, had top sheet as a blanket, no breakfast offered, no room service had to get own items at office, charged for parking and staff was horrible .
2.9
nothing.
It was dirty, not comfortable at all and had a dead spider on the sink. We planned on staying for several nights but checked out the next morning. The staff didn’t even question why we wanted to leave. Seems like it happens all the time…

Close to everything
The floors were filthy when I first arrived. Seems like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. They did send someone to clean the floors with a towel.

re-modeled hotel with a decent breakfast not just a cup of coffee and wrapped jelly roll
building in decay needs major re-model too expensive for what it offers which is 1 step up from a dive hotel must have been nice in the sixties lol.

Breakfast was crowded. Had to wait for space to receive. Not enough options..
Room to small for family size. Pool was not clean

Proximity to San Diego Harbor was ok (just a few miles away.) It ended up being Comic Con weekend (that is not why we were there) so difficult to find an affordable hotel near the harbor, which is what we wanted. For the price, this was close enough.
Room smelled very stuffy. Toilet ran. A/C leaked a lot of water into the room. Room bordered a car dealership that made announcements on their PA system around 11pm after we had gone to bed. Rude nearby patron who took a phone call outside our room on speaker and another who was literately running around upstairs most of the night. Bed was comfortable though.

Breakfast was excellent, bed very comfortable, good parking.
Could have used better driving directions

nothing it was dirty the floors were so dirty couches had stains all over them the rooms smelt so bad!!! cigarette smoke and this property states 100% smoke free that’s a huge lie.
we stayed at the property after daughter graduated for National university the photos of the property on line did not not look bad once we checked in and walking to our room the pathways were filthy smelt like urine. then our room as soon as you opened the door the order of cigarette smoke and dirt was horrible. we got the suite so our room has couches the stains were so disgusting the cushions were all torn had to call and ask for sheets to put over these disgusting couches asked to be moved to another room and they were sold out so could not accommodate. I have asthma we tried to stay but I ended up in the hospital with an asthma attack due to the amount of dust dirt filthy mess of this hotel.
2.9
nothing!!!! this place is rundown and it’s horrible. Do not stay there!!!!!
everything!!! two days in a row didn’t even bother to come and clean my room. There was no do not disturb sign in my room. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. One night we were there. They completely shut off all the water in the hotel without informing guest! The staff was not helpful! The pictures that it shows that the rooms look like are a total lie! Don’t stay here it’s in a bad neighborhood!

They charged me $100.00( next day) and accused me of stealing a hair dryer. Something that I didn't do. I call a few times, and Manager said it was busy and never talked to me.

The fact that there was a fee for parking even though on google it said that there was complimentary parking. And the fact that I contacted wyndham corporate offices and they were Completely unprofessional. I will never do business with wyndham nor recommended to anyone I know.

The customer service was decent
The room was horrible

Location was good. Breakfast was very basic.
More breakfast options especially for what you pay to stay there. Lot of people standing/sitting around especially, on stairways smoking, talking on phones even during late hour *I.E. 12:30am with phone speaker on. **Stairway needs repairs, corrosion on steps can be dangerous for tripping. Possible law suits.
