Perfect.

The receptionist's service was impeccable during all our needs and queries. Everything clean, organized and perfect.

Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and had a fridge and microwave.

Breakfast was limited on Saturday. Better on Sunday.

We loved everything about our stay. This was our second time staying at this Hotel.

Nothing at this time. All was really nice. Look forward to coming back next year.

Friendly and helpful staff, very apologetic about the refurbishment work taking place, enjoyed stay

The hotel, is currently under going a full refurbishment, the standard of the work being carried out looks to be of a very high class, it is not fair to comment to much on the hotel, due to the amount of refurbishment work that was taken place, however I'm sure it will be very nice once fully refrbished.

In general, there was no issues to complain at about, the hotel is having lots of refurbishment work done, so not fair to criticise.

At check in the staff could not locate my reservation although I was able to show the confirmation. Management had to get involved in order to accommodate my stay.

Loved it!

Loved the fact there was actually a hot breakfast! Everyone else has stopped that since Covid it was so refreshing!

Water in the tub still ran as shower ran.

Good location. Staff was friendly.

Not a full breakfast yet unfortunately. Very disappointed that reward points were not given due to the booking by booking.com, (had to use corporate booking agency, this was not an option). A little expensive given the hotel rooms are a little dated.

Great service at breakfast. Lots of options. Room was clean.

We booked using an online app. The price we were quoted was almost $25 less than what we actually had to pay. Apparently there were additional fees besides the tax that were not communicated online.

It was quiet and comfortable.

I was in town to work the Dayton Air Show and had to be at work by 6am. I wish I would have had an option for a quick breakfast to go since I was gone before the hot breakfast opened. The coffee was great and ready for me though! :)
