The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, everyone was friendly. The location was good, I was able to drive to locations I came to visit easy.
The first thing I didn't like was paying for parking. The program on the tv was limited, I had brought my fire stick , and was unable to connect it. Old appliances.

Front counter staff seemed like they did not care . Not very friendly. Seemed more interested in their phones.

The breakfast was delicious. I was visiting my dad in the VA hospital and it was a 5 minute drive so very convenient

Location was good.
Was unaware they charged for parking. Room bathroom was not clean when we checked in. Unaware the fitness room was under renovation, so nowhere for me to work out. Stayed 3 nights and not one time did housekeeping come in the empty the trash or give us clean towels.

Well located, close to lots of things to walk to. It was very quiet. The mattress was super comfortable.

Pool was closed for 3 days 1 elevator worked and only 1 entrance door working.

It was close to the hospital for my daughter's surgery. The food was good. The lady working the breakfast was very nice.
Our air conditioner was dirty and kept blowing dirt out. The room was cramped with the extra chair by the bed. Staff at check-in or check they weren't friendly at all.

The location. My son had surgery at the vanderbilt Children's Hospital and that location wad near it.
Everything staff was incredibly rude. The pool was closed and since July. It was the main reason we booked there for our one night stay. Have there doors were broken they had construction tape up every where. The room had something in it that I had an allergic reaction too like it had mold or something that made me feel sick the whole stay. But when I wasn't in our room I was fine. They had only one working elevator and then we had to be cramped into the elevators with the staff who had trash and dirty linens and they were always using the elevators so you had to wait for staff almost the whole time in hotel. They don't offer 24-7 complimentary coffee and tea. It was ridiculous. And a horrible price for the expectation of a Hilton hotel. I will never use again for my husband whom is a veteran and my children and I will not recommend for family or friends. I wanted a refund called the hotel and I called the customer service number and was hung up in 3 times told too bad and it is what it is!

Ants in my room, room was dirty with old food on the floors. Said they would discount the room but was charged regular rate. Said I would be called by management and no one has reached out.

The room was very large and clean. Nice layout.
The bed was sinking in the middle. Rude front staff worker who didn’t want to get off of her phone to help me.

The room was perfectly fine, and we picked it based on proximity to Vanderbilt admissions. The included breakfast is a nice touch and I would consider staying there again should we need to revisit the school.
There was a lot of outside noise first thing in the morning. We wanted to sleep past 8:00 AM but there was so much racket I'd say it was pretty well impossible to do so. And why housekeeping was knocking at our door about the same hour, I can't explain. We knew from reading reviews that parking costs more, but it would be nice if they were more up front about that.

The power outage which forced us to leave in the middle of our trip and find another hotel at 9 o'clock on a Friday evening. We still have no confirmation of a refund or any kind of checkout receipt.
