Family Trip

The amount of space. The separate bedroom for mommy and daddy time.

We booked for 3.. we had a little amount of towels for 3. And we reserved the room with a pull-out bed. But came with no completions for our daughter. Pillows, blankets. Had to go down and ask for it. The staff seemed bothered that we asked.

Nasp 24 trip

Breakfast was good. They had made to order omelets and eggs. My husband said the lady Cooking his eggs did a phenomenal job and was very down to earth.

Pool was closed and hotel was under construction but there was no heads up about it before booking. Very quiet overall.

We loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel with spacious suites, great breakfast included. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating ( we had a late checkin after a long day of traveling). We’ll definitely come back when we’ll travel through Louisville / KY again.

Fantastic hotel if you have a car and need two rooms - but avoid the elevators!

The "happy hour" and such was great. The breakfast was very good. The room was very quiet despite being near a busy road. Having two rooms with a door between is a big plus. Everything worked as well as expected.

I asked for a quiet room, and wound up just across from the elevators. That is OK except that they have a loud DING everytime they open and close. Yikes! But, I managed to sleep as it wasn't too busy after 10 and I rise early. Just annoying. And easily avoidable but the person checking us in didn't know where the rooms actually were! Hmm.

Room not handicap friendly

Beautiful building and facilities. Breakfast was very good.

I was in a handicap accessible room with accessible shower. But there was a sliding door to the bathroom and the bathroom opening to get in was too small for my wheelchair. I just barely could get in but the problem was it's so close to the counter on the opposite side that I found it very hard to try to maneuver into the bathroom to use the shower and facility. It is not very handicap accessible or handicap friendly.

It was a pleasant atmosphere, just really beautiful. Free happy hour drinks for hotel guests

That the water pressure was not that great in the shower and the buffet was depleted by 9:30 and no one was replenishing the food prior to you requesting and most of the time nothing was available to replace missing items.

There were no major or minor issues. Just straightforwardly a nice place to sleep, to be.

These particular Embassy Suites met my expectations fully. There were no issues. Just how I like it.

Location. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Building was clean.

No one told me what time breakfast was. No smart tvs. Lacked channels. Our pull out sofa was broke. No extra sheets for the sofa bed

Restful.

It was out from the city and heavy traffic so it was very quiet but close enough to restaurants. Would stay again.

I wanted to have my stay put on my membership and asked the desk to look up my number. She couldn't find it under my phone number. I got on line and found it. When I went back and gave it to her she found I had given her the correct phone number but didn't give her 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.

We had a great stay with our grandsons. The pool and breakfast were the their highlights

The sofa in the suite needs to be replaced. the cushions were work and stains on the back pillow

Bar on site was amazing! Continental breakfast had excellent variety. Rooms were very spacious.

The elevator took upwards of 5-10 minutes to get to you most times due to kids playing in them. And I found a pair of dirty underwear under the headboard of my bed while looking for something I'd dropped. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Too much noise to sleep

There was a kids soccer team staying in the hotel and were running up and down the hall ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Called the front desk at 12:30am to complain and nothing was done! Wouldn't expect this behavior in a nice hotel. Won't be back.

Furniture wearing out. I need to sleep in a chair and the couch and chair are getting old and saggy. Disappointed! The whole living room area just looks used.

I would definitely stay there again. one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The property was clean and easy to get to.

they need new pillows. they had no firmness to them.
