Location
Clearly overpriced
No restaurant for dinner
Gym doesn’t open until 7 on weekends

The location was close to the highway.
The room was clean.
The check in was confusing - poor room
directions given. The lock on our door was broken. The "breakfast" included in this stay was pre- packaged muffins, yogurts on ice and a few pieces of fruit on a table in the hallway. Maybe because the hotel we stayed in the night before had a terrific continental breakfast this paled in comparison. Disappointing......

The purpose of the trip was for the grandchildren to use the pool. They had a great time and the pool was fine.
The black mold that was in the bathroom in our room and how cold all the areas were.
3.5
We had the suite room. It was very cozy and comfortable
The suite rooms are to far from the spa- we spend extra on a room but have to walk the furthest to the spa

Comfortable bed, clean and white sheets and towels.
It is a hotel that needs a good renovation. Carpet in the room is really bad. For those who have allergic rhinitis, it's terrible. Old air conditioning, doesn't look clean. Despite everything, comfortable bed, clean and white sheets and towels. I'm waiting to see if they will remove the $200 guarantee from my debit card. They don't accept in cash. I made a reservation through Booking.com there is a daily charge on my credit card, but I paid in cash.

It was close to where I needed to be for a meeting. I like driving right up to my room. The bed was comfortable and clean.
It was very dated, the restaurant wasn’t open, and it was difficult to get served in the lounge because only one person seemed to be cooking limited snacks and tending bar. No free coffee in the lobby and no breakfast. The doors to your room also do not automatically shut so several times I accidentally left my door open assuming it had shut behind me.

Closeness to Starbucks and target
Hotel was extremely old, and worn. Had a bad smell and just felt dirty.
4.5
Easy to find my way around. The pool opened super early and this made all the difference for my needs. Thank you!
Traffic pattern around property was a bit confusing but that is not the fault of the inn.

It was ok. Its not the Sheraton but better than a Motel 6
Staff could not get the internet to work.

we love the gym, pool, sauna and steam room the most. beautiful day spa as well.
The refrigerator in the spa suite is one of the best I’ve used. It’s nice and cold and the freezer fit 4 big ice packs that needed to be refrozen for our road trip. The staff are incredibly nice and very attentive. They are always stocking towels, emptying rubbish and refilling the sauna water for the steam rocks. Because they are always anticipating the guest’s needs, you really never need to ask for anything. I love it. The cloud 9 restaurant is convenient and offers good food and the linens in the spa suite are super soft. The fireplace was a nice feature in our room as well.
The spa suite needed some updates. The inner toilet was stained so it looked dirty and the jets on the tub were missing some of the components so the spray was shooting up at us and the button needed to be pushed several times before it even kicked on, this rendered the jacuzzi tub pretty much unusable, which was unfortunate because that’s one of the reasons we upgraded in the first place. other than that, everything was fantastic.

Pool area is really nice. Staff were friendly, nice breakfast.

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Even though the rooms say “No Smoking,” our room was laden with it. That was my only complaint about the entire stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly, and we had a ton of fun.
2.5
The restaurant was good, although pricey for breakfast. The staff at the pool and gym area was very nice and friendly. The locker rooms were clean and nice. The gym had variety and options.
It was more like a motel experience than an inn. I think there are nicer rooms, maybe? But our room looked nothing like what was pictured/expected. It is in major need of updates-cracks in the ceiling, stained tiles in the bathroom, outdated rugs etc. There were ants in the bathroom. Could hear everything going on outside. The pool was pretty cloudy, not like pictured. Some repairs needed in the pool area, holes in the tiled walls, etc.

Access to the room was nice. Haveing both an exterior and interior entrance made it easy for unloading luggage. The spa was very nice and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean.
Beds could be a bit more comfortable. But still doable. Just a little firm for my taste. The rooms were a little outdated but not terrible.

Room was clean and hot tub was working fine.
Hotel now charges a $200 incident fee at check in on top of the rate you are paying for the room! This fee was not disclosed at time of booking and I barely had enough to cover the charge which they put on a hold during your stay and the. it goes back on your account within two days if no incident happens. It’s not fair to customers to charge such an absorbent fee at check in! Staff was very demanding about this fee and hard to work with about it.

convenient and good cost
dated, bathroom door awkward and no towel hooks

Everything was fine for our stay overnight for Hospital procedure
Coffee making should be at least a 2 cup that's all

location. convenient to the Interstate but the property itself is mildly confusing; perhaps just a blurb about where the main entrance is on the booking site?

the hotel is more like a motel, the spa is a public place where everyone can go in. the rooms are small and with numerous issues, in our first room the microwave was not working and the shower was clogged, the second room had a leak from the shower to the room.
very expensive motel for what offers.
I will not recommend this place.

The room was very clean and the bed smelled clean!!
Is not that I did not like it. However, the pool was refreshing the view of the beautiful ceilings became a sideliner with the very clear and present pipes and machinery in plain site. The hot tub had hair and smelled dirty. I do realize a lot of people were in it. it just did not feel clean. The pool and hot tub area could use some TLC for sure.
