We had everything we needed. The house is clean and it's full of devices and cool stuff. If you are gonna use the kitchen, you have a lot of utensils available.
We were 5 and had the whole house for us. Two couples had our own room and the other friend slept in a cute bedroom with her own bathroom, with no shower, but it was so helpful to have it.

Good location. Beautiful view and kayak and paddle boards available.
Just a few things weren’t quite as advertised. You only get a 3 bedroom if you have 3 people. check out time is an hour different than posted on the app

Five star amenities, great facilities with easy access to town. Host was very helpful and access was very convenient. Apartment was fully air-conditioned with lots of conveniences and impressively stocked kitchenware. Cute town with lots of places to eat and drink.
Everything we could have wanted was available including kayaks, gym and sauna. Our apartment had a nice outdoor deck with a full and half bathrooms.

It is close to everything including Augusta, wiscasset, boothebay, cafes, the walking trail which we loved. Parking. She tried to have amenities including robes, and snack bars. There were also bikes and a sauna. Linens were provided. Lived having a combo lock so no keys
If you like the vibe of bed and breakfast where your host is present you will like this. If you like your privacy and being left alone you might be a little uncomfortable. The workout room is not IN the rental but outside around the corner in another building. This makes it less convenient. There are "helpful," reminder notes on everything, which are understandable but also can make you feel less than competent. The
is on a timer which was not an issue for us but for some it could be. The machines in the workout room were worn and we worried a little about them.

It was a cute little apartment in the center of all of our destinations! Andrea was very helpful during our stay and we appreciate the effort that she puts into her properties!
There is nothing that I didn’t like.
