If I was not a Hilton honors member I would have stayed across the street at the Marriott

Location to colonial Williamsburg

Staff was horrendous. I have severe food allergies and asked about the breakfast after 30 minutes of waiting I finally just left with a cup of coffee. The night time clerk was on the phone or something definitely did not want to be bothered by guest.

Connected 2BR 2BA suites were a special treat for our large family.

Hot breakfast feels like such a plus these days. Connected suites with two bedrooms and two baths made it feel like we were really on vacation, not just squeezed in for a practical place to sleep.

For almost $2k stay, it was a bad experience.

The front deck staff were cordial. Close to Great Wolf Lodge Close to Walmart

The suite was not cleaned. Visible stained sofa, stained carpet, pillows were flat, mattress was sunken and sheet was itchy. Flies flying over breakfast and the list goes on.

//They had a reception on Wed evening-that was very nice-the gentleman that worked there that night (7/12/23) was wonderful-he was courteous and asked us several times if we needed anything-he also worked the breakfast several times during our stay-

Clean, kind staff, great breakfast! The beds were excellent.

The pool had a film on it and had so many chemicals that it bleached out swimsuits. Everything else was perfect.

May come again if the price is right

The location is fine. The hotel has been updated in the last couple of years. There are the basic amenities to expect. I only stay in suites with my family so everyone is comfortable. The room provides a full fridge and cooktop. The pullout sofa was a full bed. You can bring your pets for an extra fee.

We arrived to a waterline break so I couldn't use the bathroom. We were put on the first floor by the laundry room and the breakfast area, so it got loud. We could hear employees specific conversations. Our dog is a small dog that doesn't bark, so it wouldn't have mattered if we were amongst the other guests. I paid for premium wifi for my daughters Playstation, but it didn't work for 3 hours. I asked for late checkout early but my card was already cut off.There was someone right by the door that blatantly ignored me even though I knocked on the door, and they saw me go out. I'm not sure if it was a guest or an employee. That would be horrible if an employee would do that, because I had to walk all the way around the hotel to get back in when I went to my car..My daughter was still finishing in the room so that's how iI got back in.

We truly enjoyed our stay and ended up booking for several months down the road.

The breakfast was wonderful for the most part and the staff made sure that fresh, hot food was on the food bar. The hotel is also in an easily accessible area with a lot of nearby places to dine.

We stayed two nights and the first morning the breakfast had quite a bit of choices (basic choices that most people would like), but the second morning the choices were not as basic and more geared towards specific tastes. I would like to see the basic eggs and a meat each morning to go with the other choices. Having some sort of hash and biscuits and gravy on the same day didn't leave many options if you just wanted something basic.

Staff fixed problem, but concealed the Fire and Water damage to floor.

Good breakfast, good size room.

After checking in at 7pm, we went to our room and noticed drying fans in the hallway and a terrible smell. Went back to front desk and were told there was a fire on the 4th floor earlier that day and the sprinklers were activated, hence the fans. We told them the room and smell were not acceptable. They put us in a different room in the lower level near the breakfast buffet which was too loud. But better than a fire smell and loud fans running. When I asked why they didn’t call us to inform us of the recent fire, they said that they were so busy that day that they had forgotten. Right…

Perfect family location after Buchgardens day!

The apartment feel

Pool closed at 11 and we were there after a bushgardens day leaving park near 10pm would be nice to have had a warm soak b4 bed but other than that nothing

Not Very Homey

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. The staff were kind, responsive and professional. They certainly represented the Hilton brand. The breakfast also had a lot of choices. I liked the suite. It was nice to have a refridgerator.

The bed was awful. The beds were the hardest beds I have ever slept on. I purposely paid the price because I have never been to a Hilton that did not have awesome and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, I did not sleep all night. Nor did my friend. Because of this, I would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

all staff is nice and friendly specially the one handling the kitchen everybody will great you with a smile no matter how much you ate they table to table to ask how’s everything are doing first time I encounter that kind of behaviors very friendly and with a happy smile keep up the good work and friendly gestures

upon arriving after a long trip with my 3 children I was check in fast and front desk employee David’s customer service was excellent! He was very pleasant and efficient. answered all my questions and concerns with a upbeat attitude.. this was very refreshing!!

We were happy with our stay here.

A nice room and reasonable size for a family of 4. The employees were polite and respectful. The gentleman preparing breakfast did an awesome job!

Housekeeping didn't come in to refresh a couple of towels that we left on the floor and resupply us with a new dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was fine.

Superb

The room size is perfect for our family and we were 3 families stayed during our stay. Staff are very accommodating. The manager, Adrian, was very understanding and nice too. The breakfast was great and there are a lot of options both for kids and adults. I will definitely book here again.

A great value in a convenient area in Williamsburg VA.

The front desk manager was very courteous and professional. The suite we booked was spacious and well cared for. My family loved the hotel breakfast plus it was great to have access to an indoor pool.

The only thing I would change would be the sofa bed mattress. It looked old and stained, but other than that the room was excellent!

Very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff.

Location to Busch Gardens was very good. Room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Our bath tub clogged up and they were up to fix it in 5 mins, and fixed it quickly. When we asked for more towels they brought them up quickly. Beds were very comfortable. It was great having a suite instead of just a room with beds. The breakfast was very good for being included. Lots of options. Overall, it was a nice and could not have asked for more!

Location was perfect! Mattress was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!! Room layout was perfect--full kitchen.

The toilet bowl had not been cleaned in a while. It needed a good cleaning with a toilet brush and cleaner--particularly under the rim. The refrigerator had a sticky spot on the door.
