Nice room, but first time no late checkout

I liked the room - clean and spacious

It was my first time in 15 years of staying at marriotts that I was denied a late checkout . The front desk would not even accomodate 30 minutes . My mother needed to lay down after her medication

Wonderful

Breakfast was great and the girls were so very nice The Chinese girl with the dark hair was so very very friendly and considerate and helpful. She was very much a great worker

The only thing I think could be better was the sofa in the room. Very uncomfortable. That's not meant in a bad way.

It was OK, can’t say I would ever stay @ this particular Fairfield Inn again.

The location was convenient for my purposes. The staff was fine.

The parking wasn’t the best, but it worked out. The room was adequate not the cleanest but OK. Don’t know the facilities age but I definitely saw signs of disrepair ( in my room ) that needed attention. The cooling unit was also very dirty inside and emitted unpleasant odors. I stayed at a Fairfield Inn and Suites in Kill Devil Hills NC last November and the quality, upkeep and cleanliness of the property was much better than this one. I know it’s peak season and I would pay more so…..that was expected.

Check in was very nice.

The air conditioning stopped working sometime through the night. The water in the shower never got warm.

Exceptional

Hotel staff were nice and so helpful. The lady at front desk was so nice and Frank took my things up to room because I broke 2 bones in left lower arm in May. Cast on left arm was removed the day before I came.

Nothing every thing good about my stay.

Nothing exceptional. I like the other Marriott locations better.

The nicest ladies were the ones working the hardest, shocking. The housekeeping lady and the breakfast ladies were always so sweet and accommodating. A lot of stuff to do within just a short 5-20 minute drive.

Room was small, looked bigger in the pictures. Also, the girl who originally checked me in, young black girl, very unprofessional and uninformative about certain fees. Most people in up front should be courteous as majority just seemed like they didn’t want to be there AT ALL. That’s the first impression, and was not a good one.

it was ok but because of the amount of guest and no parking may need to look elsewhere when I go back.

Property was very nice however as an older couple we wanted to swim and relax however there were so many kids we could not get into the pool. Breakfast was jammed packed with kids and sports teams. Parking was awful. From this point on I will check and see if there are sports teams in the hotel if so we will look at another place. I am well more than willing to pay more if I can relax in the evenings after a long day of sight seeing.

I was not impressed with this facility and will likely never return.

The property is conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.

The room and especially the bathroom was not clean. I was asked at check-in if I wanted daily maid services and I said yes. The first day there was no maid service. I told the desk and on the subsequent days only the towels were exchanged. No cleaning or making up the bed!

Very pleasant holiday stay centrally located with many restaurants close by

Location is great for navigating around Williamsburg. The staff is very friendly including the breakfast attendants. The breakfast is probably one of the best, fresh fruit, several choices of eggs and breads all constantly being refilled.
