Very convenient location for the reason we were in town; walking distance to some restaurants and shops and less than 15 min to Busch gardens

First room the AC was not working properly, when a supervisor came to inspect it they said it was fine and to give it an hour. I understand that they were fully booked and could not move us (at that time) It wasn’t until I advised would not be staying on the property for the whole weekend without a proper AC unit during a hot weekend with two kids. They promptly moved us to another room and it was a night and day difference.

I love that the building was converted from an older building to fit in with the local feel!

The brick building for right into the Williamsburg atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. The Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and mini-store was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the owner was kind enough to give my daughter a free bag of skittles!

The a/c leaked water onto the carpet, leaving it soaking wet in that area for our entire one-night stay.

Location very good. Room was clean. Bathroom nice and very clean. Cleaning staff were very good.

Room needs better lighting. Beds not very comfortable and pillows too soft. Used pool twice and no towels available either time. Breakfast is typical. We were charged twice for our stay but it was straightened out after 3 calls. Asked if room service found a lost pair of glasses after we left but did not receive a call back. We have stayed at at least 5 different Holiday Inn Expresses over the years. Will continue staying the other ones that we have been to.

The beds and general room was comfortable and spacious enough for 3 adults and two small children to share. The breakfast was fresh with lots of options beyond what we have had before.

The overall stay was great

The cleanse leanness of the room. I have a five month old baby.

The room that I bought, which was king size. when I entered, the window was open, which was broke and they downsize my room and it wasn’t any different and the amount refunded back to me.

Exceptional service and a truly caring and entertaining staff.

Breakfast was true value for money! Recently forced to stay at the Ritz in St. Louis, this IMG hotel exceeded in location, amenities compared to cost, convenience, and especially and above all, friendliness and helpfulness of staff…and at a fraction of the price! Walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the East Coast.

Bath light switch linked to fan so one cannot turn on one without the other.

Fantastic amenities!

I was really impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room. My only 1 suggestion would be to have another light in the bathroom :) While the mirror light is awesome for getting ready, it is very bright in the middle of the night. We loved the pool and morning breakfast! We will definitely be visiting again!
