The hotel is going through renovations but still was super cute and family friendly. Loved the plants throughout the property. The option to check in early was a huge plus!
Our room was a little dated but was clean and worked great for our family. It was convenient having 3 beds available in one room.

Large kitchen, clean sheets and nice view
carpet by the ac unit and window was soaked with moisture. The multi shower unit only sprayed scalding hot water.

Room was a clean, spacious and comfortable. WIFI was pretty good. The shower was nice too.
Furniture seemed a little 'beat up' and out of place. Also some walls were a little marked from wear n tear.

the tv didn’t work, no discount for that

Location was pretty good. Roomy. Surprisingly full and nice kitchen (though no silverware)
Hard to get TV remote to work properly but finally we figured it out. Office always locked-had to ring bell.

Peaceful and nice kitchen
Staff was not accommodating as they should to guest, room smelled, floors/ carpet stained a lot, walls damaged from previous people a lot, a sticker on the wall to patch a hole was about the most tacky if not the most ghetto thing I’ve ever seen in a professional environment and needs to be fixed properly

Very genial welcome, interesting room - big kitchen, satisfactory bath - windows were open and only slightly musty. The furnishings were worn, but comfortable. Some lights didn't work, but overall a decent place. A few loud neighbors, but that is not the hotel's fault.
Lighting was semi - functional. Dimmmers didn't work, so too bright or not at all. Main overhead light out. A couple of door and drawer knobs missing.

Easy, convenient location
The room was very neglectfully cleaned. The room smelt strongly of wet dog, there were dirty utensils in the kitchen, and the carpet is in much need of replacement. Under the bed were old dog treats, toilet paper, and other trash. It was gross and uncomfortable. The smoke/carbon monoxide detectors had dead batteries. The whole experience felt truly neglectful to guests.

I like the homie feel and the full kitchens best place to stay while in Ventura.

Everything. All nice, friendly, professional. Good location for us. Any thing we asked for was provided promptly. No complaints at all. Was nice to have 3rd bed. We had 2 helpers with us and were able to have 1 room instead of 2.

I loved the kitchen--that was an added bonus. The room was large and clean
The neighboring room renters were up all night (the room above me and the room adjacent to mine). I was unable to get a good nights sleep while there.

Kitchen. Full size fridge with freezer.
Small place so parking is tight.

Building was pretty, freshly painted. Each door had a picture of a hanging basket of flowers by it.

The jacuzzi in the room was amazing comfortable bed big spacious room
I understood the hotel was older and outdated but that was not the problem I felt that it was not clean the furniture had dust all over the mirrors had lots of fingerprints and the floors where dirty too other then that it was nice room and location was quiet too

Horrible funky dirty place. King bed - oh no two twin mattresses pushed together.
Never to stay there again! The thinnest bath towels, no mirror in the bathroom. When we asked for extra pillows we were told they had just given the last two away. Funky cobbled together furniture outside of the rooms. When we got up early to get the hell out of there we found cigarette butts & ashes on the hood of our car. Couldn’t wait to escape.

For what i paid..was most definitely overpriced granted they are making Renovations but they're partial Renovations in every room the room I was in the living room area with the beds in it had soiled carpet ripped and torn needed badly painted walls as well as floor trim falling off the walls not to mention the horrific smell of body odor on the linen was a definite disappointment
Nice bathroom and kittchenette

That I was able to finally get my broom back after I left the 3rd the last time I stayed a week and a 1/2 or so ago.
I've stayed here at this hotel numerous times this year and spent quite a bit of money staying here and I do it as a treat for myself and to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.. And I thought I was on good terms with the people who run the business And I discovered that I was clearly mistaken after I after I emailed them the last time I stayed here and told them about a man who was in one of the rooms who came outside and walked around to the passenger side of my car eyeballing my car and staring me down with kind of a threatening look Or what I'd say was just a long stare down. I was bringing stuff in to my room late cause I just gone to the store and every time I went out to the car he would fling open his door and come out there and look or just stand in the doorway peeking out me and it really creeped me out. So I told the person who answers their emails the manager I guess call, about what had happened happened and mind you I stay here alone. I never received a response so when I made a reservation yesterday I emailed them again and said you guys never responded and I also had mentioned I'd forgotten my broom last time. The response I got was not anything like I had anticipated and I was told "don't book a room if you don't want to stay here." I wouldn't have booked the room if I didn't want to stay here. What he said made no sense, was incredibly rude and insensitive, and didn't even mention anything about what I'd said I'd had an issue with.

Space was enough
Not Clean, shady area, some people living there permanently, constantly smoking and gathering around the back side for drinking. Bathroom vent was broken

Nothing specific. Value for money with no security deposit.
Motel is very tired and badly needs renovation. Old partially damaged furniture, carpet with spots and towels with holes.

Loved the spa tub and kitchen!
Management banging on the door at 10:30 AM when I knew check out was at 11

The room was clean and comfortable. The king bed was great. We liked having a tile floor instead of carpet.
The people above tromped around all night. We went to bed early, needing to be up at 3am for shuttle and transportation to a marathon start. The upstairs was so loud, I'd be surprised if I or my wife slept for even an hour.

clean, fresh
parking is a bit tight no worries, car was fine
7.0 / 10.0
Clean and convenient for where we needed to be.
Not committed to what they were trying to do. For example, there was a nice kitchen, but very few dishes and utensils. If you wanted to really use the kitchen, you couldn’t.
