Grand Winnipeg hotel was the #1 rated hotel in the area and without question, they earned the top spot.

proximity to the airport - across the street from baggage claim. new, clean and very comfortable! great restaurant, great bar. friendly & helpful staff.

I would certainly return to the hotel again in the future if it fitted my travel plans.

Arriving late in the evening, our confirmation with the room was quick and easy after a long flight. With our departure the following morning the desk personnel were very efficient in closing our account with the hotel and took extra efforts to deal with a special request for specific transportation from the hotel. The staff were very busy at the time but still attended to our needs in a very efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Breakfast?? There was no breakfast offered. Although it would have been nice.

Your evening desk clerk....name - Tahame needs more hospitality training. Our family was shocked by his attitude. Very unfriendly and we were made to feel that we were putting him out! Also it would have been nice if there were microwaves in the rooms. Especially useful when travelling with children. The extra cost of parking is also a minus in my book! But I do want to mention that the ladies on the front desk in the morning of December 30th, were very nice.

Recommendation for breakfast.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bedding/sheets were exceptional.

No shampoo available 🙃 No free continental breakfast. I'd like to have been charged an extra $10 and provided with a continental breakfast.
