Room cleaning every other day and I was only there for 2 nights

my card was charged twice for my stay even after calling them for refund they refused. Other than that its a good hotel nice rooms but I would say reception lack of experience costed me paying twice for my stay & the lack of manners & professionalism of the manager when I called to report double charge would make me never stay again at this hotel as I was planning to stay there at-least 8-10 times per year during my work trips to winnipeg.

nice big breakfast area. bed was comfortable. the suite had everything you could need… full fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc. pool area is nice too.
the sofa bed in our suite was AWFUL. my husband and daughter slept on it and they would’ve been better off sleeping on the floor.

Parking is not enough
4.0 / 5.0
The rooms are clean and huge!
The parking lot is SO congested. Finding somewhere to park was a nightmare and some spots couldnt even drive out because people are parked literally everywhere including non parking spaces. The pool was also SUPER packed. Not great for small kids as people are everywhere and not very considerate of others around them as kids will be kids. There was also kids running through the halls at all hours that woke up our kids constantly.

covid mask policy is relaxed among employees either not wearing them properly or not wearing them at all was more worried about getting covid at the hotel then anywhere else I went while in town.

the location
2.5 / 5.0
Paid over $400 for 2 nights of noise, no sleep and management that answered "We will pass on your concerns".Good location, close to Polo Park. Easy to get to most destinations including downtown and the Forks. Breakfast was great. During a pandemic so individually served but good and great staff.
Hotel crowded with fire evacuees. Smokers at every entrance. Filthy elevators and noisy halls with guests about all night and banging on doors. Very unpleasant experience.
