foi boa, mas, poderia ter sido melhor

Eu gostei muito da localização e do atendimento dos porteiros e pessoal de front desk. Ah e o colchão da cama estava ótimo..

Fiquei no 3 andar virada para a 3 avenida. O barulho é muito alto, principalmente dos ônibus, e do metrô. Isso interferiu bastante no meu descanso, fazendo com que eu acordasse muitas vezes. O banheiro era muito pequeno e o chuveiro saia uma água bem fraquinha.

Fantastic!!!

Les habitacions grans els llits molt comodes i super net el fet de tenir una petita cuina et dona molt de joc especialment a la nit quan arribes de csminar tot el dia i nontens ganes de sortir a sopar. El personal de La recepcio ens ha donat un molt bon tracte tot excepcional. Tornarem a NYC i amb seguretat tornarem a aquest magnific hotel.

Excellent emplacement entre Central Park et Times Square

Excellent emplacement pour visite NY en famille. Métro et bus à proximité. Jolie chambre pour 4 Assez calme pour une chambre d'hôtel à NY

My IMO: staying 6 nights in Junior Suite in this hotel was passable, but not more than that.

The good: location is great, the room (and other areas like lobby , breakfast cafeteria) are clean.

Area for improve: a) reception : typically only one person was siting / presenting in front desk to answer for all requests / questions (incl' doing check-in for new arrivals and replying simple questions). This caused many people to wait, while some people didn't wait in line and bypassed me in line (at least twice) b) laundry : I dropped just a few items to laundry at 8pm, but wasn't noticed at moment as dropped that laundry at evening (or night) requires extra charge (something like $45 extra), so finally I payed almost twice because of extra charge ;( c) breakfast: breakfast was very basic and had a poor level ... I have ordered breakfast option following the "booking.com" reviews. However I would not recommend take the breakfast option or just if you have no any expectation from breakfast. d) view/window: my Junior Suite room had only one window facing to neighbor building's wall. No window in the kitchen (unlike shown in hotel page). There are only 3 lamps available (excluding light in kitchen and bathroom)... Overall that was passable, however created a feeling of darkness during the morning time

A very comfortable stay, thank you!

The beds were queen size and very comfy and clean. We got a double queen room. There was enough storage to put away our necessities so the space did not look cluttered. Well thought out room architecture and design. They cleaned room daily

No other place to sit besides the bed and 1 chair. Soap in bathroom contains coconut and my son is allergic to it.

Great Place to stay, great location and staff that takes pride in their work.

The room was spacious and clean had a sofa bed that was more than enough to accommodate my family and I. the location was great as we didn't have to travel too far to get to the places that we needed to go. the staff was great especially the gentleman that helped us, after the taxi driver left us in the middle of the street with our luggage, in the rain. I also like that the facility celebrates and appreciates its staff.

I just wish my room had a better view and I wished that I was able to make it a little bit warmer, as it was a little bit chilly [South Florida resident]. I would have also liked it if the room had at least a two-seat table to eat would have been nice. other than that I found a place that I will always stay at when in New York.

A week with Family

The location was very central, close to subway but also walking distance to all Midtown. The rooms were really big for New York standards. All staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Ice machine on 4th floor. Kitchen was a huge benefit for our family of 5, fridge for drinks, kettle/coffee machine.

Parts of the room were a little dated and the carpets could do with a clean but nothing that ruined our visit.

Very old and smelly rooms. Stains on the carpet and broken tiles and very cheap wood pattern floor in the bathroom.

Situation parfaite

L emplacement très bien situé. Bonne literie sauf canapé lit. Propre. Système de bagagerie à l aller comme au retour en fonction de l arrivée et du départ. Fast food à proximité..Restaurants... Time square, l Empire state building, métro sont proches...Parfait..Bon séjour.

Aucun ustensile dans la cuisine sauf une petite casserole..... Manque d amabilité à l accueil pour certaines personnes. L hôtel est vetuste et pas de double vitrage. Petit déjeuner ne varie pas du tout. Mais nous sommes aux États-Unis.

Awesome Hotel in NYC super recommend

The room was amazing for our family of 5. The value and the location were very good . Very clean - The kitchen separate .. it’s a great goal in NY

The breakfast.. our room was included, but all day were the same things and some product didn’t fresh.

Enjoyable stay in good location.

Great location to walk to any places. Also handy location to subway etc so very easy to get around. Kitchenette in room was handy to make a quick breakfast or snack. Staff friendly and welcoming. Washing machine/dryer available for use in basement

Had a great time.

Loved the location. The bed was so so comfy and so were the pillows. Housekeeping was good and very considerate.

The bathroom was cold all the time. The toilet needs to be tightened down. The shower was okay, but probably the weakest part of our room.

We were pleased with the accommodations and the friendliness of the staff, but the amenities could be improved.

• The location was ideal. • Romeo the doorman was a great ambassador for your hotel. He is a kind, gentle man. We loved talking to him. • The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

• The water pressure in the shower was low. • The refrigerator froze every liquid we put in it — milk, orange juice, soda — despite our efforts to modulate the temperature. • I think for $400 per night a continental breakfast could be included. $20 per day per person for a continental breakfast is egregious.

מלון נהדר, קיבלנו חדר ענק! ממש כמו סוויטה נשיאותית. היינו 2 מבוגרים ושלושה ילדים והיה תענוג. הצטערנו שהגענו רק ללילה אחד... הצוות שפגשנו היה מקסים, כולם עזרו ודאגו לנו מכל הלב (למעט פקידת הקבלה שקיבלה את פנינו כשהגענו והיתה קצת אנטיפטית).. קצת חששתי מהמיקום, אבל רחוב 50 התגלה כרחוב מקסים, נעים מאוד והמיקום היה מצוין!!

Exceptional

Location convenient yo both lower and upper East side; easy walk West as well. Very clean and a/c at 66 made fir hod sleeping. Even a tree outside the window!

Big disappointment!

Employees were not friendly. I had to carry my own 6 suitcases when checking in and checking out. Unbelievable for a hotel of this standard and employees are extremely slow to respond to requests

Exceptional

Location was great. Biggest advantage was the room size and facilities therein. Cleanliness was slightly low, however the room generally made up for it. We would definitely visit there again.

Wouldn’t stay there or recommend to anyone.

Location was great.

Our room was filthy. Toe nail clipping on the carpet, hair in the bathtub, smeared makeup handprints on the white wallpaper, broken towel hooks, broken mini fridge. We ended up being moved to another room which was cleaner than the first but not clean. Walls were dirty with splashes of some kind of liquid and carpets are just disgusting
