It was wonderful. We liked everything
4.1
room size
pretty property
close to ocean
weren’t advised until arrival that the pool with the slide closest to us was under maintenance
I didn’t think it was value for money

Beautiful hotel. Large pool. Great for families. The beach was rocky. Good for snorkeling but not swimming. Always a very busy hotel,
Price. Paid over a thousand dollars a night for a room for 2 adults and 2 children
Not enough towel stations!!!!!

I was so disappointed in Booking as well as Westin because the property was under construction and no one told us. I spent over $4k on the room (ocean view that was not ocean view) and the biggest issue, we had to deal with noisy construction all week. When I talked to the manager she gave us $100 off our room, just $100 for the whole week ... big whoop. I would have canceled my reservation and booked somewhere else.
Really poor experience and very upsetting.
You (Booking) should never sell rooms at properties under construction for renovations. It was horrible, 7am-8pm Monday through Saturday. It was our 25th wedding anniversary present to ourselves with a Ocean view room. I've always trusted your services, and you can tell by my booking, but this was a big miss.
I will NEVER stay at a Westin again and I'm going to complain to Bonvoy (Marriott) as well. They should do better are a premiere brand.

Didn’t like the restaurant.. no table service and uninspired location and seating.. staff were not especially friendly other than one concierge named Stephanie… hated that we had to get up before 7 to get a chaise at the pool and pay $80.00 for a beach chair that wasn’t even comfortable… very poor amenities… I didn’t realize it was a time share place and not more of a hotel…. I like more pampering.. especially at a ridiculous rate of over $800 a night
Housekeeping would have been nice…coffee in the lobby…better poolside service… no charge to be set up in the beach

absolutely breathtaking!!

The location of the property was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere with the kids. It was convenient. There was a specific area at the pool for the children. The food was great although you had to order and seat yourself at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I requested an early check-in at 2p. The staff was unaware at the time we arrived, but did notice the request on the reservation once I mentioned it. I was told the room would be ready by 2:30p but we still waited until 4p which was the actual check-in time. I understand it was only a request but it would have been nice to know the room wasn’t ready. We were standing around and waiting in the lobby. We eventually wandered off to the pool and had a drink which made it easier to wait.

Advertised for an ocean front room but our room faced a parking lot. For the price, the room was mediocre

Great location. Some of the best snorkeling in Maui in front of the hotel. Whale watching from the beach every morning and just before sunset. Great to have access to outdoor BBQs to cook dinner. Kitchenette’s in villas were well stocked with pots and pans and dishes.
Ocean view was not as expected. Beach was far in the distance on the other side of a parking lot and blocked by trees. Very difficult to find poolside space as guests reserved beach chairs with towels and one hour time limit for removal of towels for abandoned unoccupied chairs not enforced.

proximity to the beach was amazing. only a 10 min drive to supermarkets and most food locations.
parking was a little difficult to find

Liked the location and room size.
They changed for self parking even though we didn’t have a car. Seemed dated for $1,000 a night.
4.1
Location and breakfast. Dinners available at restaurant were geared to families.
No housecleaning

Location was good.
Hotel itself was excellent.
Staff were friendly.
It was supposed to be 4 or 5 star resort...
Every food was served in paper boxes with plastic cutlery ... I'm an adult now!
No formal bar.
Food very average - sports bar like.

The cleanliness & location were excellent. We were able to see whale spouts from our balcony. We enjoyed using the outdoor grills and tables in the common areas for more reasonably priced meals. While pricey, we had good food at the Aunties Kitchen restaurant and enjoyed the outdoor seating. The markets on site were very convenient. While the pools were very nice, we preferred to swim & snorkel right off the beach in front of the resort.
Could have used a table on the balcony.
4.1
The location is beautiful and quiet. We were 3 generations of travelers and everyone was happy with everything.
4.1
I liked the spaciousness both in the room and outside. Easy access to beach, the walkway and all other outdoor amenities. The kitchen was good too. I will stay here more days the next time I come to Maui.
The restaurant Pololo was a bit too pricy.
4.1
Beautiful location, top tier facilities. Great service
I was surprised at the number of young children. They were having a great time which is great, I was hoping for some more peace by the pool.
4.1
It was a nice resort on a quiet spot of the ocean And the room that we had was very nice.
I was very disappointed in the service. We stayed there a week and never had anyone clean her room or change our linens. We even had to go in search of soap and toilet paper and the cleaning lady was really grouchy. A lot of the restaurants around there had closed including the one in the hotel.
4.1
I ate at Auntie's Kitchen. Their food was not that great. I know it was during the pandemic, but I did not like the fact that there was no room service.
More towel service available. The stores were not open.
4.1
staff were professional and courteous
due to covid a lot of facilities like gym were not available. on-site restaurants were expensive and not a lot of variety
