La piscine, la proximité de la plage, le restaurant
L’agencement des chambres, l’absence de services tels que le ménage

The property has a great location and it’s clean.
The property had no power on one of the days we stayed, it was out for hours in the evening.

Beach and pools were good. Parking was also available with nominal fees. Reception staffs were friendly and helpful,
The bed and sofa bed was not comfortable.

Location
Cleanliness.

First line, parking, grill area, ocean or garden views, on-site café where you can eat, drink a cocktail, affordable prices.
There are two swimming pools, a children's pool with warm water (the pool is open until 22:00), an adult pool - until 23:00.
There is a gym and a tennis court.
Accessibility to shops: across the street there is everything you need, near food trucks with local food and a bakery with unsurpassed cinnamon and pizza.
The coastline is accessible for swimming for children, the coast is gentle, the water is warm, the waves are small, often minimal, there are small rocks, but their area is visible from the shore and it is advisable to wear diving suits on the rocks.
The administration responds to any moments and requests and quickly fixes everything (the child blocked the safe, they came for us in 3 minutes).
Clean beach towels, replaced at least infinitely many times a day.
Large area for walking, unsurpassed sunsets.
paid room cleaning, bedding change for an additional fee, old sofa in the studio, which is very uncomfortable to sleep on and squeaks.
When booking, check the information on taxes, I booked a hotel and had to pay local taxes (not a small amount) upon arrival.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer are great! The grounds are beautiful and the beach is so close. We would definitely stay again.
3.5
Room furnished nicely. Nice view from living room and balcony
Coffee shop closed. Restaurant not open on time in the morning. Staff only cordial, not friendly. Bedroom did NOT have a view, but pictures on Booking.com showed it did.

Beautiful. Location was perfect.
It could use a little updating. The front desk area is dated.
5.0
Location and amenities
Sounds travels, lots of kid noise from the pool.
3.5
Beach front, 2 pools, kitchen, close to everything
Property is outdated, carpet needs replacing, couch needs replacing, light bulbs outside needs replacing, needs new paint inside and outside
4.5
Closeness and easy access to beach
Building is a little old and wish there were basic spices in the kitchen
5.0
Did not like that they did not restock the towels and coffee unless I ask.
4.0
It was right on the beach, the staff were very friendly and the restaurant and bar were very relaxed. There were also lots of option nearby to both eat out and shop.
It is in need of a little bit of a sparkle and update.
5.0
Great location, just outside Lahaina, tons of food nearby, great beach adjacent to the property and to the south too, easy walk to the “main” part of Ka’anapali, design of the building is great, most all rooms face inward to the courtyard/pools, multiple pools, great drinks from the restaurant, competitively priced food onsite, permanent food truck lot next door, unlimited coffee and most of the small stuff you need for your room provided, each room had a tv, we took our Firestick and used it on the biggest TV for late nite home-style tv.
Not much to not like.
4.5
Two good size pools
Right on the beach
Good selection of rental equipment-chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear
A little far from main town
4.0
Everything except the cost.
The cost: room rate plus taxes and fees really add up.
5.0
The location was great, on the water and next to a great shopping center and food truck lot. We liked staying on the west side of the island
3.0
location is good. right on the beach but depends on room for view. beautiful grounds. not the best snorkeling but not far to better. nice having full kitchen
some of the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. only one restaurant and not great. carpet and couch looked like from the 70’s.
4.5
Beach, kitchen, DVD rental, pickleball
pillows, cost of parking, no salt/pepper/cooking spray in rooms
4.5
Not snobby with entitled people staying there, not to busy and not to far from everything you might want to experience.
could use a bit of updating in the way of decor.
5.0
The beach access and cleanliness of the beach. staff was helpful and amazing. We were able to see turtles while snorkeling.
3.0
Decent scenery for the price, grounds are well kept
For pricing having doubled since we were here before the pandemic the quality of the room amenities sure is lacking, very cheap cookware, and utensils. Toaster burns everything on lowest setting, showers and sinks didn’t drain.
5.0
The resort was comfortable and within a short 5 minute walk to the local car rentals, local food trucks with delicious food, supermarket and boardwalk.
The boardwalk is a walk along the beach across several resorts leading to the Whalers village
The whales village is a pretty place but filled with high end stores from Sephora to Calvin Klein.
We preferred going to Lahaina which was filled with pretty small stores, lots of restaurants, eateries and shops with the local craft at a much lower rate than what you would get in resort gift shops
The beaches are divine and just amazing to see a variety of colourful fishes swimming in the shallow waters as well.
The haleakala sunrise left us awestruck but later got to know that we were lucky to get it and many others don't get to see it of the skies are overcast by clouds.
The 250 usd we paid per person was worth it. Also this place is 10000 ft above sealevel with breathtaking views however it is super cold and windy so be prepared with warm clothing and layering up.
We went with Skyline tours arranged by the resort.
Overall worth a visit ..just be prepared to wake up at 1.30am to leave for the peak.
The Laua at Royal Lahaina was good. Dancers were brilliant. Food was OK and the pork was only shown but not served. Alcohol was unlimited.
Overall staff are very courteous and filled with Aloha. The concierge were super helpful.
It was great however they fell short fall of key cards when we checked in. We got one more the next day though we were a family of 4 using the studio. It would be nice if the free tram would come till the hotel. Lots of things like snorkeling gear etc are charged extra.

Large, comfortable suites outfitted with ample cooking supplies. The two pools were large and never overly crowded. The on-site sundries store and “free” DVD rentals were good perks. The shower pressure was almost too good.
It isn’t necessarily a dislike, but a word of warning: a resort like this is only really worth the money if you’ll be *at* the resort most of your stay—this includes spending most days at the pool, participating in the daily “free” activities, and cooking many meals in the room. Otherwise, you’re paying a daily resort fee (in addition to the room cost) for access to things you aren’t using (like the DVD rentals or scuba lessons, etc). The only real dislike I have is that the resort’s beach was not very good for swimming, and you needed to drive down to Kaanapali Beach for a safer/more inviting beach experience.

Pool and facilities were great as always. Rooms a little dated.
Upgrade rooms. They just feel old.

Location
Front desk not at all helpful. Paid for ocean view but skimpy and obstructed view. Property over priced for few amenities. O computer to check in for return flights. Unit very dated furnishings.parking $9.99perday - many properties are free. Basically not a good value !!!!

I love the location and I got upgraded
washing machine and dryer and beautiful pool, view, and kitchen

The gardens and the back pool were the two items that made the property. Very pretty. The outside of the property looks good (building has been painted and maintained). Our ocean view was nice because we overlooked the gardens/ponds and the pretty pool. We wouldn't have wanted to be up front overlooking the front pool - that's a bit of an eyesore. The fish in the restaurant was prepared nicely. There are few staff but those who are there are friendly.
The room furnishings were dated but serviceable. We didn't have a garbage can (I'm sure that was an oversight) or a working ice maker in our full kitchen and the coffee wasn't drinkable. We went to coffee shops every morning. The restaurant feels a bit like a cafeteria or a diner with the bright flood lights...they could put lower wattage bulbs to greatly improve the atmosphere. They could also add some planters to the front pool to make it look a little less industrial. The cocktails were just okay - you probably wouldn't want to spend the day having cocktails at the pool.

We loved the views from our balconies and that it had a washer & dryer.
The carpet in the bedroom was a bit outdated and maybe needed replacing.
4.0
The outdoor area is great. Both pools were never too busy, plus access to the beach is only steps away.
Decor is slightly dated, but it’s not a big deal.
4.0
The rooms were clean and the pool area was great. the bonus is the lovely ocean view. You can even see whales from your own balcony.
Quirky room layout and slightly dated decor, but the place was still quite clean and spacious.
