I see 3 people walking around the lobby and yet they lock the lobby. I have been waiting outside for 45 minutes in the freezing cold just wanting to check in the hotel. Date 3/31/24. I’ve called and been on hold but I see staff walking around and not letting anyone come in (and therefore check-in).
Locked outside the front desk office for an hour during a snow storm and can’t check in. Had to wait outside just to check in, fingers frozen.

I liked the location and that it was pet friendly and clean!
I didn’t like that the room we were in had a fire place so the whole room smelt like fire. The hot tub said it was open through the website but it was closed. I just tried to tell the front desk it said online it said it was open and she said no it says it’s closed and i had to proceed to show her the website. Just not friendly. The shower knobs were also SO hard to turn.

The bed was comfortable.
The pillows were too flat.

at first they were kind and super helpful
then I was hurt by one of the housekeepers trying to access my room and needed medical attention. the rooms throughout the week were not sanitary, and someone on staff stole my brand new computer. The staff said they don’t have the computer but my gps tracker says otherwise.

nothing
Dirty, very uncomfortable and ask staff for help with TV and he was rude and said try again tomorrow also was told hot tub would be up and running but wasn’t. One of main reasons we picked this place was for the hot tub.

Location was within walking distance of the beach and shopping centers.
Neighboring rooms were all very loud, just a very loud area with a lot of outside noise. Bed was not comfortable at all, when coming in there was trash on the floor and it was very dirty. Just a very small, not very clean room not worth the amount paid.

We were charged for a king with fireplace. We found out after checking in we have to buy firewood$17.99. We paid extra for room. Phone not working, window latch broken, weed smell coming through vents, barking dogs. We felt ripped off and under appreciated as a patron. Will not recommend.

The parking at night is horrible
Provide more parking it was ok for a short stay however it was noisey at night.

We didn’t go for the breakfast. But we got an upgraded suite with kitchen and living room facility and we loved it! The kitchen was very well equipped for making some meal, just cutting board and some Basic spices would be really helpful.
No lotion, no air freshner, furniture was kinda old and worn out in the kitchen and living room

Had everything we asked for in room and more. Cleaning ladies where also very kind.
Not being able to leave dog in room or balcony even though we had cage for him.

Parking was difficult to fine when coming in late, street lighting was poor
